I applied yesterday by sending my CV, got an email back saying that they would be in touch if I was suitable.....How long do I wait for this

Hey i had that "2-23" email too, and i've been hired (last week) and start the 23rd. So im guessing that "23" is related to the start date. My recruitment consultant said they had to have the positions filled by Saturday just gone as the training starts next Monday and trust me there is quite a bit of tests, assessments and paperwork to fill out before you start.

I'd contact them sooner than later, they run interviews regularly when recruiting and each group interview contains 13-20 people. Thats alot of potentials getting those positions???

Applied and did an interview. Interviewer said they would get back to me in three working days. They didn't get back to me ...... !!

On contacting Human Resources they said to wait until the 23rd and go back then. If I still get the same message, then I have to ring them.

Teletech are hiring constantly, so it's nothing to worry about MrGB.

An Otter- I had the same reply from my interviewer and waited a week and still had no reply. I ended up phoning their 0800 number and the lady said that the interview had come back positive and i would be contacted later- I'm still waiting a month on......
Cant believe they leave people hanging (so to speak) for so long with not a single reply.
I've applied for other jobs so teletech will now be put on the back list/ last resort list if nothing else materializes in regards to my other job applications :mad:

Mr GB - I've tried to go through to the scheduling centre to pick an interview time slot as instructed today and guess what - no time slots available. Live help on the teletech website was not much help, he just kept saying to me 'the recruiters are reviewing your application and have not decided whether to invite you for interview yet'.
No matter how many times I told him that I had previously had an interview scheduled and that I now had this problem with time slots, he ust gave me the same answer.

Eventually he gave me these contact details [EMAIL="hboathome@teletech.com"]hboathome@teletech.com[/EMAIL] or 0800 496 0909 and told me to contact them.

I'm gonna send an e-mail as the last time I rang customer services, they told me a load of cr*p.

Hi all,
I've applied on the 14/02; went on Live chat on the 17/02 and chat to a lady who told me that my application was being reviewed; I haven't heard from them since; is this normal? Should I contact them again?

Hi Laly

They seem to take a while in some cases. I pestered them on live help a couple of times and they eventually detected that there was something wrong with my application. I then had to e-mail them answers to the questions in an e-mail because they weren't showing on my application form.
I'm still waiting to schedule an interview and I first applied on 26th Jan 09.
Some people seem to have had a swifter ride than me and I am starting to get a bit fed up.

I've checked today and still nothing too - I've sent an E-Mail too so fingers crossed!

KzakQ - when you refer to your 'recruitment consultant' How did you find out who this was? Do you have any contact details at all? Many Thanks in advance
