Whilst thats of some use, what is this mysterious address you have??
There is no reason to hide it, as you have nothing to hide, and people on here may be able to help you find who is responsible
I’d love to talk to them! Address is
Sheffield, keeton’s hill. S2 4NW
Also love to find out about the other car as both addresses were given to MB by DVLA, did MB try to invoice them too!!??0 -
It makes no difference as even if you did submit your request for a set aside it won't be dealt with till long after next MondayI have emailed Gladstone’s yesterday saying if they don’t set aside at their cost I will proceed without their consent and go for costs.
As for starting set aside, the court date for payment for judgement for claimant is Monday, so do I need to get my set aside in by then or does it not matter?
Thanks!0 -

In my view it makes every difference. It is true you won't get a hearing in time, but I would certainly have this recorded as disputed before any CCJ pops up as unpaid.
Get your application in NOW. I would also seek a stay from any enforcement proceedings pending the hearing of your application as part of the request.
If you submit sufficient evidence - a witness statement, photos etc, the court may be able to accede to that request. Thus the judgment is not set aside until a hearing, but not can anything be done with it by the claimant.0 -

I could drop it to the court tomorrow would that be any good or best to send signed for?

Hand deliver is perfect.
Ensure you enclose a draft order - Jonnersh gavce you the start of one
1) Set aside judgemet of X date
2) claimant to repay hearing costs of £255 within 14 days of the hearing
3) claim to be dismissed without a hearing as it has no prospect of success
Then succinctly set out the reasons why below.0 -

The ccj is already on the register ( and the ops credit records) as unpaid!!
When a ccj is issued against you it immediately goes on the register0 -
