Latest submission to Companies House by “BASTIAN PLC”, makes for interesting reading.
    The financials are extremely worrying.
Funny how they mention Trustpilot and their 70 odd thousand customers. (Wonder why only (circa) 2000 members on their Facebook group 😂)
There’s also interesting text, relating to how they view & treat customer “debt”.

MattMiddlesborough, it takes less than 5 minutes providing meter readings and I retired at 48, unlike Neil Warnock still firefighting at the bottom of the Championship at 71!😂

Oh so the Bastians have stopped believing they're above the law at last and filed some accounts?
First lie: "We offer a simple 'One Fair Tariff' to all our customers."
I love the way they basically say "if we hadn't lost £1.1m our accounts could have looked like this".
    Amusing reading.....

N.B. One Green Flex 2.0 is cheapest standard variable rate tariff in the UK and also cheapest dual fuel in the UK based on low and medium consumption!😂

... and judging by the charge registered by Barclays a couple of days ago it has not been a great year since the period covered by those accounts. Any bets on how late the next set are going to be... ? :)

Price is regional, I only look at NN7, but it's fair to say that Outfox The Market are cheapest dual fuel in the UK based on low and medium consumption!😂

Surely we're not discussing Bastian who owns Outfox The Market and got a lettings agent to threaten ex customers with a 10 grand demand for exposing him and hurting his feelings ? The same Bastian that owns Fischer Future Heat and uses a lawyer to threaten people in Germany for exposing him.

The same Bastian that had a false energy comparison site that always made Outfox The Market appear cheapest and when it was posted on a Sunday within the hour the site went into maintenance mode. fyi what search engines quote for Outfox is not what you end up paying. You pay a lot more shortly after signing up.

Yes. You got it in one. This is the thread they are struggling to influence like they do on TrustlessPilot.
It wouldn’t be so bad if they HAD learnt their lesson. Unfortunately they haven’t. The only thing that’s different now is that they are “picking off” smaller numbers of customers at a time.
Not like they did when they attacked thousands of customers all at once with the various debacles.
Now, they limit the negative exposure by messing around a few customers at a time. Approx 50 - 100 per week.
That way they mitigate the negative publicity.
They cook the books on a Trustpilot & think they can do the same on Facebook but turning that into a quasi review page.
but one place they can’t influence is MSE forums...despite trying desperately.
