Based on my:Elec usage: 2400 kWh per Year
Gas usage: 11200 kWh per YearThe tariff I signed up to (One Green Flex 2.0) two years and five months ago is still pretty much the cheapest. I can save about £19 by switching to the new "Fix'd 20 11.0" but given wholesale gas prices are dropping right now I think I'm better off with the variable.I've not needed to contact OFTM for a while so can't comment on the customer service side of things, but they seem to be the cheapest for me right now. YMMV0 -
Positive feedback isn't the problem, it's posts stating that OFTM are cheapest for all users which are, as that's a lie.1

andyca, Outfox The Market don't have exit fees, therefore, Fix'd 20 11.0 is a no brainer!0

It simply isn’t worth it.They are constantly changing the goal posts. Tinkering with Tariffs. Adjusting direct Debits. Almost weekly barrage of e-mails & notices advising if changes. This is not how energy supply is supposed to be.
It’s enough to make anyone a nervous wreck in fear of checking their e-mails.My advice is steer clear of their heaters aswell. They aren’t storage heaters. They are just glorified convector heaters with remote thermostat. They aren’t even wi-fi, or app enabled. Out of date, expensive rubbish. Better off buying Dimplex Quantum heaters.1 -
Well, I thought I'd better check. OFTM price for me is £60 pa dearer on their variable tariff for a 7200kW annual consumption. The fixed tariff is £134 dearer.
I don't have gas.
