I posted pretty decent comments about OTM after I left them for a cheaper supplier, but still got put through the mill !

That's got to tell you had badly they treated others. I for one wouldn't go back to them as they took what they weren't entiltled to and failed to provide clear invoices to back charges up.

    Based on my:
Elec usage: 2400 kWh per Year
Gas usage: 11200 kWh per Year
The tariff I signed up to (One Green Flex 2.0) two years and five months ago is still pretty much the cheapest. I can save about £19 by switching to the new "Fix'd 20 11.0"  but given wholesale gas prices are dropping right now I think I'm better off with the variable.
I've not needed to contact OFTM for a while so can't comment on the customer service side of things, but they seem to be the cheapest for me right now. YMMV

Positive feedback isn't the problem,  it's posts stating that OFTM are cheapest for all users which are, as that's a lie.

andyca, Outfox The Market don't have exit fees, therefore, Fix'd 20 11.0 is a no brainer!

Personally I can’t speak for all regions. I can’t speak for all regions. All I know that as a customer for London they have been the cheapest for the postcode of London I am in. I am not precious of OTM or any other supplier to be honest, just keen to set the record straight that I am no mole. And throwaway comments randomly which don’t stand up to scrutiny need to be challenged from whatever sources in this age of social media. I am responsible enough not to tarnish anyone randomly. I have worked in technology transformation for over 25 years and get force of good technology serves for humanity but it’s also cursed with all & sundry saying anything because they can hide behind an alias and a keyboard. My rule of thumb while leading large transformation teams was simple, if you do not have have the courage to print whatever you wish to post on the front of your t shirt & walk out of your front door & held to account, don’t say it. It’s the cheapest trick in the book to say anything & hide in obscurity. That just simply doesn’t wash & I am part of a team working on social media regulation to introduce a bill in parliament to legislate against people posting anything and everything without being held to account. Apologies if this is long winded. Feel free to comment as long as it’s done with dignity & respect. Each one of us have duty to wider society about the impact of our comments & posts and mental illness rife amongst the millennials etc it’s obligated on each one of us to keep discussion forums respectful & behave as responsible adults.

Very wise decision. You won’t regret it. There is literally no point using this company. You will constantly need to “manage” your account. Rather than it just work efficiently in the background & be confident everything is ok.
Your energy supply is not something you want to micro manage on a daily basis. It simply isn’t worth it.
They are constantly changing the goal posts. Tinkering with Tariffs. Adjusting direct Debits. Almost weekly barrage of e-mails & notices advising if changes.
This is not how energy supply is supposed to be.
It’s enough to make anyone a nervous wreck in fear of checking their e-mails.
My advice is steer clear of their heaters aswell. They aren’t storage heaters. They are just glorified convector heaters with remote thermostat. They aren’t even wi-fi, or app enabled. Out of date, expensive rubbish. Better off buying Dimplex Quantum heaters.

Well, I thought I'd better check.  OFTM price for me is £60 pa dearer on their variable tariff for a 7200kW annual consumption.  The fixed tariff is £134 dearer.
    I don't have gas.
