I know it is late, but can I please join?

I would like to save £35k from now until the end of the year. It is a bit of a stretch goal but I am hoping to achieve it to reach FIRE in the next few years

As I am self employed I will include the following in my total:
    1) Money saved in pension
    2) Money saved in S&S ISA
    3) Money saved in IFISA
    4) Profit from matched betting
    6) Mortgage overpayment
    7) Profit invested in business account

I won't be including share increases/decreases as this is outside of my control

Goodness, you will push our collective average up a bit if you achieve that total. I'm sure slowlyfading will add you next time she pops in. Make sure you do a form from post one so you don't get missed. And welcome to the challenge!

That's such a short time away - very envious! Cannot wait until we're in this position :)

Might want to read more about ISAs and pensions, SIPPs for more of a UK twist on tax efficient savings.

In my opinion, lifestyle inflation is the biggest obstacle. One I struggle with sometimes.
