July update - saved £644.86 which takes my yearly total to £4,661.17

Feeling good about how much I've saved this month as I've had some one-off fees due to having to move out from our rental - without those expenses I'd have saved over £700 which I haven't managed in months!

Thanks for the welcome Suffolk lass and slowlyfading!

Well done Westie983 & tara747. It is nice to see those totals go up, isn't it?

Nice one excelwizard - moving is expensive but it sounds like these fees didn't hurt you too much.

    July updated.

Pretty good month for me as I did not take any holidays (I charge per day) and I rarely had to go to my client's site (it is expensive as it is in London)

    Company distributable profit increase: £3782
    S&S Isa saving: £1166.66
    Ifisa: £500
    Pension: £1250
    Matched betting: £0 :(

I had a decent matched betting month (+-£500) but I splurged most of it on a second hand car (at £400) when mine broke down The other £100 went to diagnosing the fault on my car.

Edit: Just realised I forgot to include my mortgage overpayment of £150. I'll add it to next month's savings

Only managed to save £142 this month - had a very expensive vets bill that the insurance didn't cover all of :( Disappointing but I think we could still be on track for the rest of the year! Well done to everyone else so far!

Smashed my £700 july aim and managed £842.50 really pleased with that. August may only be ok with summer holiday spends but should have extra for september to be a good months saving. There is a potential house in our budget available though so may be spending it all sooner than we planned.
