Yes she is great. I have known her for over 20 years.

    However.....
My most important objective is to handle the anxiety and find myself some work. Running away to Spain is a very attractive idea but I am not sure it is the right thing to do. Anyway she is going over to Spain for ever in September so I can always go then.

I have just been for a tiny swim. Only 5 lengths but it means I have been out again.

    Take care everyone
    Pauline

    Hi Pauline,
Love the "reset day" post, it sounds really positive!
Six weeks in Spain does sound amazing. If that feels a little long to you could you join your friend for a shorter time?
You could think of going away as part of your self-care package, gives you some "you time".
    Have a lovely day x
