I wasted quite a few hours mulling over my ex and have finally got to acknowledge that it is time and emotion completely wasted.
So today I've dropped round his post through the letterbox to prevent me waiting and wondering whether he will show up. I need to protect myself.
Quite a few surveys done and I also finally completed my tax return. Why I left it I really don't understand but I will do it in April next time. It didn't take long yet I had been mithering about it for months.
Eaten reasonably and had another NSD so I must be feeling better.
Thanks for popping by

My doctor changed some medication last week and I am struggling to sleep. I did not sleep at all last night so I am determined to sit it out tonight until 11pm and then I WILL sleep. I WILL.
I need a little "To Do" List for myself for February as January was mostly written off due to the flu. I can't remember being so poorly with a virus.
The going out thing is still proving difficult. I did go out this morning to meet a friend but found the coffee shop unbearably noisy. I have had a ridiculously high number of NSDs but I must remember that I can still go out for a walk.
However........
Next week I have a hygienist appt, dental appt and I have even arranged to meet a local MSE-er for a coffee. And all in a space of five days!
I need a job!!
Take care everyone, thanks for popping by

Glad you decided not to waste your time and emotions on the ex.
A lot of people I know have had the cold/flu virus for ages, it takes a long time to shake off.
