I seem to spend my time saying thank you to all my friends here.
Been spending my time reading which I love to do. I have seen him twice. Once at the hospital and once here. Nothing more to say really. I asked him to come back today which seemed a good idea but I regretted it as soon as I sent the test.
Got plenty of food in. I will be here.

There's no harm in asking Pauline. You want to know what the situation is as it affects you very deeply. I hope you get some clarification from him as you are a bit in limbo at the moment.
What are your plans for Christmas day? Do you have a friend or relative you can spend it with?

Sending a Christmas hug
I'm guessing the regret over sending the text was in case either he doesn't come or his visit is a difficult experience? If you haven't heard back yet and are still worried, you could still text again and say 'maybe after Christmas would be better'? Only you know what's best here though.
I'm interested to see what you're reading too! I know I have a vintage girls' story coming to me for Christmas - I love old fashioned school stories and similar. This is one of the Abbey Girl books. Other than that I'm re-reading the Flylady novel 'Hidden Treasure' and have just finished a PG Wodehouse.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
