    Hi Pauline, I hope you are well. Look after yourself and take care. I also suffer from anxiety and I have poor mental health at the best of times. About 6 months ago I had a breakdown and was signed off work for a month. I now have private (but affordable) counselling once a week.

    Before my breakdown I was living a shadow of a life. After breakdown it was very hard, I think going back to my work was the hardest thing I have ever done, but I feel like a new person.

    My main anxiety was with people/leaving the house/conflict. Before I couldn't even go into the centre of town (regardless of how busy or quiet it was), now I am fine in a crowd, it may not be my favourite thing, but I cope fine.

    I hope you are well, and I echo everyone else when I wish you the best.

    Good morning

    I have popped in a couple of diaries but couldn't think of anything positive to say so said nothing.

    Back in fighting spirit again. I did get out a couple of days and have already been out this morning. I have been to the library and Lidl too. I have had a sensible healthy breakfast and most importantly, a couple of mugs of tea.

    Yet again I have been struck by the sheer kindness of friends on the internet. I hadn't looked on this thread but you had all been in. So thank you so so much.

    The cards aren't going to write themselves so they will be done today. And there are a couple of jobs need to be applied for. Birds need feeding and some water too. And then there is the pleasure of The Tunnel series 3.

    So that's me folks
