Aww silly little cat munching things he shouldn't be haha.  Hope he's all better now and causing havoc again
slowly slowly it seems the house stuff is getting there, so frustrating waiting all the time though.
  • Well today an email came from the EA move manager. Seller is getting stressed about lack of movement. My solicitor is cracking in with our sale, but seems deaf to my pleas to just tell me if the contract pack has been received!

Still nothing re the mortgage, seven weeks since full application tomorrow. Bloody ridiculous tbh!
    Debt free Feb 2021 🎉
  • So all the messaging this morning has prompted an automated response from the lender that we are approved subject to valuation! Valuation was carried out last month, so assuming there is nothing nasty there, so hopefully the full offer will be out this week.

Feel a bit better about it all now. Will be calling my solicitor tomorrow just to get clarification about where she is up to with the purchase contract and enquiries, but hopefully this will start to get everything moving forwards now.

  • Thats good that you have got the mortgage approval albeit subject to valuation. Its surprising  how long it can take from acceptance of offers to completion.  Hopefully not long now.
