We only do lemon and sugar as well, they are the absolute best
Mind you if DD were here it would be a different matter. Chocolate spread, fruit, syrups, you name it she'd put it on!
Side effects of medications can be as big a problem as the problem itself sometimes can't they. Fingers crossed they manage to get the balance right for her sake and yours sooner rather than later. xx6 -

Have you had a look at washable bed pads? They're around £7 each on Amazon, we have two and they were great when DS wet the bed regularly (he still does sometimes and he's 5.5y with no health issues - it's still so common at that age). Saves you having to constantly buy bed pads, and washing all the sheets, so the initial expense pays for itself quite quickly.

Well this evening has been eventful. Honestly don't know what DD is thinking but she's been a little madam yesterday and today. I've been so lucky they've always got along and played together nicely, but these last two days they can't even seem to sit next to each other for dinner without arguing. There's been lots of tears before bed. But I think they are all friends again (no doubt until they look at each other in the morning ha!) I feel like now the older two are getting older but youngest doesn't seem to be 'progressing' at the same speed it's getting more noticeable and they don't want to play 'baby' things all the time.
Anyway it's quiet now. I hope it lasts. Youngest helped make pancakes and the older two ate them. We'll blame the behaviour on tiredness and sugar.
Moguline I haven't see those where do I look? It's definitely worth looking into. I'm really considering trying a reusable nappy over her disposables.

Thank goodness its "only" a 4 week month this time, its very fine margins but does fractionally help. I would not bother reaching out to family, they sound totally unsupportive so better to not try and not get the knockbacks. At least your children are growing up to be a lot more thoughtful even if they do argue more often than you would like, but thats part of growing up I guess.Credit card debt - NIL

It's this kind of thing Incontinence Washable Bed Pad https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002Q4EJ8C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_B-JvEbKPKF9GW
There are lots of different kinds. We have slightly fancier ones that have bits on the side the tuck under the mattress to keep it in place, but I don't think that's really needed.
They also have different kinds on eBay.

Thank you so much. Will definitely be giving those a try.
Still fiddling with the meal plan and things. It's hard to get the balance right so it's not the same thing most days for the month. Need to add in toiletries and washing powder and the basic cleaning items too. Have managed to shift some appointments around so they can wait. But I cannot delay mine on the 3rd at all.
There's the cake and thing to make for the birthdays. I feel bad saying it but I'm glad when they are done.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”8 -
Hi WB, I sent you a private message y'day I think - did it arrive? I'm not sure if it did go as that's the first time I've used the new messaging system. If its not there, let me know and I'll send again5

Hi WB, just catching up on your diary as I haven't been around much. You've had so many challenges to deal with and you are coping amazingly, I'm so glad that your youngest is out of the hospital now but sorry to hear about the washing machine breakdown - just when things are getting back on an even keel. Fingers crossed you are able to get the replacement from the place you mentioned earlier.
Don't feel bad about being glad when the birthdays are done, I think that is a common feeling for a lot of people - of course its lovely to celebrate special occasions but it is also a disruption to the routine and extra stresses in getting things just right. Am I remembering right that you have a lot of birthdays close together? May is like that for my family and I usually can't wait to get into June just to have them over with!
