    Morning

Me and DD fell asleep eventually.

Shopping day today armed with the list and £20.

Have quite a bit of stuff to sort at home today too. Dreaded paperwork and things and sorting appointments. Need to call and arrange deliveries for youngests meds etc. Busy busy.

Feels a bit like my updates are quite boring now as I've nothing really to update. Just several things I could moan about.

Anyway 16 weeks to holiday. Smalls are still counting down and are so excited. I dread to think what they'll be like when we are counting down in days not weeks :rotfl:

    Have a good day

You could get them to make a home-made countdown calendar for their holiday so they tear off a page a week until the last couple and then go to daily - they could write things to do to prepare when they come up on the calendar - if that isn't too much of a wind-up for them :o

The holiday will be here before you know it - I really hope you hear from DLA soon - did they give any idea how long the backlog for a decision might be.

SL we have a countdown but I like the idea of a tear off page. Going to have a play and see what I can come up with. Would be a good activity for Friday when they are off school

Milann when I first requested the appeal it was 12-13 months the average wait for this area. However if you ask now it's taking up to 16 months for a tribunal date. They have huge backlogs for everything right now it seems. Even 'straightforward' cases and new claims etc. It's been 8 months since it stopped now - not quite that long since I requested the appeal as had to the MR first.

    Thank you

    Evening.

    That's Tuesday done.

Shopping sorted. Stuck to the list although swapped some things to cheaper ones. £18.53 spent. Also paid this weeks water and school so up to date there.

Been another incident at school today I'm not happy with. I've decided this is the final straw and have requested transfer forms from the council to change schools.

    Nothing much else to update.

Hope you've had a lovely day

  • Have you got another school in walking distance that is an option? Or even schools?

Evening WB :) Well done on coming in under budget with the shopping, you amaze me tbh.

Sorry to hear there's been a problem at school again :( Hope whichever DC it is isn't too upset by what's happened. Are you thinking of transferring them all?

Hope you all get a good nights sleep. xx
