That's a shame about missing DS's concert he'd know you'd have been there if you could. Hope whatever the appointment was for had a positive outcome. :)

Why do you feel bad about posting how you feel? I'd say it's been quite an emotional/adrenaline filled few days for you financially and maybe it's catching up with you a little bit. When we've been worrying about things for a long time, even when they're sorted it can take a while for that anxious feeling to go.

You're a Mum so you're always going to be worried about the DC's and even more so if one isn't well. Just keep focused on the fact DD's meds are working and she is much better than she was. Hope the smalls are settled and you manage to have a quiet evening and a good nights sleep. x

So not a NSD. The bus pass has gone up! and I bought the drink. It could have been worse, I really wanted to grab [STRIKE]strong alcohol[/STRIKE] coffee but didn't.

DLA still no decision, feel like this weighs on my mind a lot too as it would just make everything so much easier to manage youngest's appointments etc.

Still not at cash out on surveys but still pushing on with those.

Nothing much else I don't think

I just want to thank you all again, I really do appreciate it all. I still can't believe what has happened over the last few days.

  • It's upsetting for you to miss DS's performance, but he knows you'd have been there if you could.

Don't feel bad for buying a drink, it's bad for you to get dehydrated. I'm glad the new meds seem to be helping little DD.

You must be feeling tired so I hope you get a good night's sleep and feel better tomorrow.

Thank you HH. I am so tired! So much so the washer door wouldn't open and I cried at it :rotfl: :o

I just can't seem to sleep even though I'm so exhausted

Oh bless you. Have a good cry when the smalls are asleep and get it all out of your system. You might even sleep better, I know when I've had a good blub I'm shattered :o

The day passes are good value if you spend all day on a bus :rotfl: but most people just need to get from A to B and back again. DD used to buy the occasional one after her annual pass ran out. Now she's at uni she's near a train station and a return ticket costs 90p less than the bus and is much quicker. x

Sorry you missed DS's performance but it couldn't be helped so don't feel guilty. We've all said before feel free to offload on your diary, it's your space to record your thoughts.

I did only need it to go to town and back, I should have walked really :o But I rang to rearrange an appointment I kept putting off and they said 'oh we have a cancellation can you make it for 11am So I had no chance of making it on foot. Probably a good thing they made it today though I didn't have chance to cancel it again :o :rotfl:

Good grief, some people must be easily offended ;) I can't remember reading anything on here that would cause me to think that way. Didn't realise we were supposed to keep on topic. I've just rambled on my diary about buying OH a fruit and nut bar .... oops!

Ooh, naughty naughty cancelling appointments :p I'm sure I read you walked 45 minutes into town the other day so you deserve a bus ride and a drink. x
