I do try to make sure the smalls have what they need and while they are aware we can't spend like their friends I do try to make sure they know they can 'ask or come to me' for anything and I will try my best but that doesn't mean it's always yes.
I guess I'm lucky they really don't ask for much even at Xmas etc when it would be so easy for them to have lots of wants.

So glad things are improving WF ((hugs))I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy0 -
You need to take a look at yourself through the perspective of how others see you. Bringing up 3 children alone with virtually no support, addressing your financial situation and doing your very best for a child with complex medical needs.
You always put your children first and they will grow up as incredibly balanced individuals that see what actually matters is not your bank balance, but how you deal with life and all it throws at you.
You are doing an amazing job in a time when rampant consumerism is the norm. The I want it now, regardless of the cost society.
Your values are the right ones and in years to come your children will realise their home life was the absolute best, and it was all down to you.
This country at the moment would be a much richer place with more people around like you.
You are one amazing lady and have a lot to be proud of.0 -

I too think you are amazing. What a fab role model. Your littlies may lack in material things but your love is boundless, they are going to be great adults with a sound set of values.
I admire you greatly,Carolbee0 -

Morning

Smalls are in school and I'm home and the cleaning done. It looks like it might stay dry today so will try and get outside and get it cleaned. Coffee and 10 mins first. I had a rubbish nights sleep again (my own fault though
and it should settle)
Hope you all have a lovely day
