I am just glad that I didn't bother to buy a new dress for the occasion, because , if I had, I would have been :mad::mad:
To be honest, I'd never even think of buying new outfit for an occasion. I'm probably just tight, though.:D And I loathe clothes shopping with a passion.:D
Did I ever mention that I hate shopping and I hate people and, put together, I hate them both even more?
I am in total agreement with you, Jojo.

However, I made the error of sending Mr LW to @ldi today, as I was feeling too unwell to go myself. He had a list. It had just three items on it. So how come he came back with six items of shopping, three of which were bottles of wine? Thankfully, he did get the cream crackers, butter and milk, though (the milk was the vital item, we'd barely enough for the batter for tonight's toad-in-the-hole).

I'm afraid Flying has taken a back seat today; though Mr LW did clean the bathroom. :A Not to my standards, but it's at least been done, and I'm not about to complain.
I've done very little though, unless you count decluttering my insides into the recently-scrubbed loo. :( Bluddy lupus. :(

Plan was to colour my hair this evening, but I'm not sure that I feel up to it. In any event, after this time, I may give up doing it and just let it grow out silver; so much of it has fallen out recently that it's hardly worth the bother any more.:( Bluddy lupus. Or did I say that already?
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
  • OK I just did very well not to loose it with my kids. I have been on the go all day, sorting washing, cooking, cleaning, making Christmas cake, walking the dog etc etc.

I am tired, the last week has been non stop. DS1 rings and asks if someone would pick him up from the station at York at 10.30pm (an hours drive away) rather than coming home early to our more local railway station.

And DS2 wants half a dozen friends around on New Years Eve while everyone else is out - and got grumpy when I said I would have to think about it.

Sigh. I am such a bad mother. Sigh again.

    Um, no. Get yourself home.

Got stroppy? It's a definite no, then.

Why am I still waiting for Sunday Breakfast/Lunch/Tea/Dinner/Food?
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.
