    Am patiently waiting for 9.00 when I can speak to this Manager. I'm still really annoyed about it, just hope I can stay calm. Hopefully if I get enough time before work I'll update on my progress.

    UPDATE - couldn't get the full £35 refunded to just me so I've had to settle with half. I'm not happy about it but it's better than nothing.

    Also got my £10 gift voucher off Pigsback today so it cheered me up slightly. :)

    I know it is not a lot of money but I understand it's not the point...thank goodness it wasn't LOADS of cash eh?

    That's the way I'm looking at it. They did say I could have it all if the ex-hubby would write a letter but I wouldn't stoop so low as to ask him! Never mind, the £10 voucher made up for the disappointment.

    I am 15 points away from a piggy voucher......the piggy points have been 5 a day this week (so far) so I am hoping that I get the points this week...I really want a Boots voucher!!
