Heres a link to the one i was looking at a couple of months back sounds like the one you said. I started with it but then gave up after seeing the housing list forms! Ive filled the forms its just getting the evidence that they want.

Yeah it is that one, the form didn't look too bad to me but maybe it depends on your housing association? I like that you can pick your own house.

Am hoping Nick says yes and would be great not having to save for next few years, could buy now and still save for something bigger later, i am getting so fed up of not being able to decorate, i hate my house sometimes, it has carpet in the kitchen and bathroom which is a pain in the butt and the kitchen is falling apart and i want a cat flap!!! :D

Probably just because i am getting fed up of chucking money away each month and don't really want to do it for the next few years whilst we save for a deposit. :o House prices might crash but i am going to end up wasting another £20k on rent whilst saving.

Its not all about the money, its about having a home of our own which we can refit/ redecorate and also have a child in :)

    Hi all,

Well i have £350 in my bank account at the mo...so £200 of that will pay off my debt when my next months bill comes. Which means i have £150 to spare so.....Ive gone and booked a weekend away with OH. As a celabration treat!:D ;)
(Im not going to shout and celebrate on here yet as im not offically debt free yet as i still have to wait for the bill to come..but the money is in the bank waiting.)

Its only 3 nights at Great Yarmouth Haven. We went last year and i love staying in the posh caravans! We booked a late deal today using quidco of course costing £119 from friday till monday. So £60 each plus £15 each petrol..its only 97 miles away from us but OH has a juicey car! Im going to relax, actually have a few drinks for the first time in ages and treat myself to fish & chips. Hopefully the weather will be nice. Im going to check out if theres a cineworld near by so we can use some of my tickets i won.;)

Moving on i did a survey today for £5 for 25 mins! And i had a look at my shopandscan account all i need is 500 more points to get a voucher. I have just transmitted my barcodes as wont be here weekend obviously so i have 1000 points coming my way soon. Yay!

    Hi all,

Got back from my weekend away in Costa Del Yarmouth!:rotfl: It was soooo nice just to relax and have some time alone with my OH. We split all costs so total spent on holiday was

    Caravan £60
    Petrol £15
    Food and Booze £15
Fruit machines £10:rolleyes: (But i won £12 back on the fruit machine and kept it)

So take off the £12 i won back off fruity and the £5 quidco cashback with Haven.
The weekend away cost in total £83!!! Bargin!:D

Since ive been back ive ordered £10 Debenhams voucher from shopandscan. Hopefully it will get here quick will Jane Norman has there sale on in Debenhams.
I also joined the tesco baby club for vouchers i wanted the baby basket of bits worth £12 they give away free! I had to buy huggies nappies to get the basket they were only £3.75 hopefully they will fit my lil nephew. And i got 450 clubcard points so really they were free as ive got my money back in points.;)

    Welcome back Maria

Glad you had a great time in Yarmouth, its so nice to have time away and have a break from things. You got a brilliant deal on the holiday :j

The Tesco baby deal sounds good - you must have so many bits ready for when you start a family, I wish i had your motivation. :D

I have 2 "virtual" babies with tesco for points, you can earn so many from them, i am starting a stock of baby stuff lol.

Can you not pay off the bill early? I can make payments anytime to my credit card.

Yeah i have a draw full of baby freebies;) ...all im missing is the baby!:rotfl:
    My dad thinks im crazy!

My £10 Debenhams voucher came yesterday, so will be popping to town tomorrow to see if theres any bargins in the Jane Norman sales. I also need to take back a pair of sexy flares my OH brought me a few weeks back as after trying them on many times i dont like them...they make my thighs look fat! There worth £35 so i will have £45 to spend in the sales! Not costing me a pennie!;)

Ive been doing loads of surveys recently adding upto £6.50 and theres one survey that has 3 parts to it which i will get £7 for at the end! So looks like i shall be ordering more boots vouchers soon! :D

I had enough points in my lightspeed account to get £5 paypal, so i ordered that yesterday. As i have £7 in my paypal from ages ago when i last sold some bits on ebay. So when that goes in i will have £12 which i will use to buy my spark plugs off ebay. As im 2 months late in servicing my car! Not that i do much mileage in it but its over a year since i did my last service.

I did have a spend in Tesco on Thursday...Johnsons make up wipes are down to £1.34 in tesco! And there the only wipes my skin likes so i stocked up and brought 5 packs!!! as there normally £3 each! And i also brought 2 packs of cotton buds 68p, and lady things £1.92 So total spend £9.30.
