Good news you managed to get British Motor show tickets, just tried myself but now all the free tickets are sold out . My OH and I are both car fans and when we went a couple of years ago had a fab time at Excel centre. I may keep hunting around for free tickets. I believe we paid £5 per ticket when we went! So its not too expensive if i can't find free tickets, thank god!

I was thinking about entering the Glamour comps, i just keep forgetting to enter at 8am though, 8pm is probably a lil late i'm guessing :D

Getting them for £5 each last year was very good as there £12.50 each!;)

My Alton Towers tickets sold for the rubbish sum of £7! Better than nothing though. :o As soon as they pay for them in paypal i need to buy a set of spark plugs for car. So that will be that spare money gone already.:o

Thank you soooo much. I just tried one of the codes you mentioned and they still had some tickets left, yay!!! My email has already come through too, just need to print them at work now! Thanks again so much.

Ah thats a shame, my OH and I want to go to Alton Towers this year, but wasn't prepared to pay £30 each to get in, so was going to look around for some deals. I would have bought them off you.

No problem! Glad there was some left!:j

If you have a look on ebay all the alton towers tickets are going cheap, as every1 are selling there free tickets from The Sun. There all going for under £10 but the thing is there only valid for a certain day. Do you collect clubcard vouchers? They do alton towers tickets. If not there plenty of 2 for 1's about.:D

Oh crap my no spending on unnessecary things failed yesterday i went and spent £20 in Asda on 2 pairs of trousers, a top and some chocolate.
Since the New Year i havent really spent any money on anything esle apart from paying off my debt & OH's birthday. Ive tried only using vouchers, money off coupons and sale items for everything i need to buy. Well i made it up until End of May. Plus i did get alot for my £20 and i did use £1 off on the chocolate!:D

I get my pay slip for last week 2moz. Im looking forward to seeing how much extra money i earnt and how much the tax man has taken off of me for doing a bit of extra work.

Its my nephew's birthday party on saturday and i still havent got him a present. I dont know what to buy him. Im going to have a good look in Tesco 2moz before or after work and hopefully find something in there and use my tesco clubcard vouchers to buy it. I know there worth 4 times more with deals but there isnt any deals that interest me apart from days out and i do have plenty of vouchers so £20 worth wont hurt. And saves me using my real money!. :)

    Thanks lil miss,

Yeah im quite proud of myself for lasting that long. The fact that im 25 in August and really want my own place and to start a family with OH is really pushing me to save hard to get the debt paid asap. Whenever i see something i really want e.g A wii console. I just think to myself your nearly 25...thats nearly 30 you must move out dont waste your money.:rotfl:

I got my pay slip today from last weeks work after doing 7 hours extra i earned myself £32 extra which im very happy about.:D I also did another hours extra work today as STILL under staffed and couple off sick. They need people for the weekend again this week but i cant as its nephews party
which im looking forward to as i havent seen my nephew & new baby nephew for a couple of months now and OH is coming to come for some jelly and cream too!:D

My SIL said my nphew wants some power rangers toys, so im off to tesco tonight to see if i can find some in there so i can use my vouchers to buy it. Fingers crossed.

    Hi Maria

How do you manage not to spend anything? I can't believe you haven't bought yourself anything since the New Year. I just don't have the willpower to stop myself buying things. I guess how much you want to get your own place and start a family helps gives you that kick up the bottom!

Brilliant news about the overtime - IF any the tax money didn't take as much , we'd all be debt free so much sooner!!! :D

Have you had anymore wins on the Glamour comp? I get myself onto the computer at 7.55 every morning to enter, but still zilch!!

I have brought the odd burger since new year actually but no spend over £3.
I dont really go into town. The only shops i go into are Asda and Tesco when i take my mum food shopping. So dont really see anything i want. ;)

When i need toiletries and make up etc i just use boots points or vouchers from surveys ( although ive been saving my boots vouchers) or when i go shopping with my mum to Asda i get anything i need (clothes, hair stuff, girly things) with her shopping and give her money off coupons to the value of what im getting. As Asda take money off coupons even if you dont buy the product. :D So i get them for free!

When i need car bits i save up toluna vouchers for halfords or do slicethepie until i have enough to buy off ebay.

I have won a couple more bits from glamour i will list them when it ends on saturday. Ive won well over £120 of bits from that comp.:D Keep trying Hayley.:D
Tax man was pretty good on the tax strangely.
