OP - I had a couple of major strokes some years ago (non smoking related!) and they really take ages to recover from, mentally and physically.
Continue to discuss things with your GP, but this organisation can also be very helpful:

Good luck.
Lin 😊You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

What a nasty, horrible post!!
This person is quite clearly dealing with some kind of issue (or issues) here and this is the best that you can offer?
I am genuinely staggered by that.
He/she/it seems to be a nasty, horrible person altogether. I've just read another post he made which was just as nasty and designed to make the OP feel worse about their situation.

Why don't you just scroll on past Ronaldo Mconaldo, if you have nothing useful to say?I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I suggest you take your own advice, unless there is something useful for the OP in your post above??0 -
You and your wife need to tell your GP you are not managing. It does sounds like your medication isn't working for you and if it is, you need more support than you are currently receiving.
Very little of what you've said indicates depression, but again, you need to talk that through with your GP.
