am I getting depressed?

Have you both thought of counselling? I’m wondering if the loss of your car , as you sound overly attached to it, has made past loss of something more significant come out - a death of someone that you thought you’d dealt with as I know trauma brings back all sorts of crap from your past. Maybe it’s doing the same with your wife?
No one should always shout at you in the morning like that. Maybe get her a cup of tea in the morning to maybe diffuse her mood or just steer clear of her in the morning and just concentrate on getting your son up and dressed. Tell her as well how bad it’s making you feel.
Sounds like you have so much going on at the moment , especially recovering from a stroke. I personally wouldn’t make any rash decisions until you’ve sorted those out first. If you don’t like a thread or post just move on by.

I’ll work on counselling. I’ll report back in a few days to see what is happening.
My wife seems ok which is taxing as she has been a pain for the last few weeks to me.. she woke up in an ok mood. I got my little lad dressed I like seeing him smile and I taught him “got your nose”
Last night I laid in bed with him playing and singing music until he fell asleep. That really made me happy. She didn’t even notice where I was..
It’s a bit of hit and miss for everything at the moment. Considering I have my business clients paying there invoices in the form of goods instead of physical money makes me a bit stressy too...
I’m about to get 500 DVDs today from a customer instead of money. Hopefully she can pick a film out of them as there not old at all.
And another one is about to send me an iPhone 7 Plus. She is having my old one in favour of this move...
Again. It’s all good this morning. To the doctors at 10:15 today.[STRIKE]1/12/16 - £152,599.00 [/STRIKE]

Maybe write down things you want to tell the doctor before you go?0

Been to doctor they have put me forward for therapy for my posture as they have said if you stand up straighter you’ll be happier in the long term. It did not make sense. But I’ll take it!
I’m happier today anyways I am thinking it’s just me being me, I don’t know what I am feeling if I am being honest....
Off to my in law today to wish happy birthday to my nephew[STRIKE]1/12/16 - £152,599.00 [/STRIKE]

I think you are recovering from what has happened - it is all bound to have a big impact on you. However recovering from a stroke is not going to be easy if your wife insists on upping your stress levels by screaming at you
I think your wife is your problemThe opposite of what you know...is also true0 -

This is where all this comes from, sometimes I hate waking up because of the way my wife is treating me, she shouts and screams until she has that shower in the morning to wake her self up, it's getting a bit unbearable, I knew before I married her she was not a morning person at all, I knew that the 'pill' did things to her that she tried to reject, It made her very angry. She came off this around 4 years.[/QUOTE]
Obay, whether your wife is a morning person or not, she should not be treating you in this way. Unless you tell your wife exactly how her behaviour is impacting on your wellbeing, the way you are feeling will never change.0 -
Looking at your last posts I think you are 25 and have had a stroke ! Your Doctor thinks if you stand up straight you won't be depressed! I am really confused. None of what you are saying makes any sense.0

If you could cut back on the smoking if you're looking after your child too, that would really help both of you.0

Particularly important as smoking is one of the causes of strokes and once someone has had a stroke they're more likely to have another. Far more of a worry than some of the things being posted.0 -

Oh, what a nasty stressful thing to post.
The man is in a stressful situation as he's had a lot happen to him and wondered if he was depressed. Reading your post is depressing and I wouldn't think a useful post at all.
Glad you have been to the Docs OP. The posture will help as it can improve breathing and circulation and health.
The councilling sounds a useful thing to get - hope it is soon for you.
You sound like a good Dad and that is nice.0
