Sure !!=You're right time will tell.
Being almost serious for a moment. Historically, price fluctuations take years to bottom and indeed top.
If the 'cycle' is consistent, prices won't bottom for maybe 4/5/6 years. And the up side will take just as long.
One thing I will say, we will not see drops of 60% no chance, if i'm proved wrong feel free to quote me on it0 -

I said 50/60%, and still stand by that. And quote me on that? Within 2/3 years!0 -
A 'bit' implys to me a fraction, an insignifiant amount, almost unnoticeable.
10% plus is already evident in my area - would you describe 10%+ as a bit?
Would you descibe 20% as a mere smidgen?
