Dont' think the market is going to CRASH though signs are towards stabilization after NR debacle .
Problems occur with people who inspite of knowing what they cannot afford buy properties and then get them repossessed .
Unlikey there would be another interest rate hike as it will be bad for the economy which is already slowed down.
If you buy after researching there are still profits to be made though dont expect much CAPITAL GAIN in short term0 -

Hmm . . . . .in short the answer to that question is no. There is a very real risk that there will be significant price falls in the near future. However that risk has not yet crystalised, and may not do so at all.
So not yet, but it might happen soon. A bit like when this question was asked yesterday, last week, and last Month . . . . . . . . . . .0 -
crash crash crash crash. Rent rent rent.
Sounds good to me.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

I'm not buying in to the stagnation/stabilisation theory. The housing market has never flatlined for any great length of time since the 1970s. Its always been boom and bust.
I'm not sure this time can be any different. Especially when so many people are skeptical about the current high prices. I wouldn't be so bold as to predict a crash though.0 -
Common sense prevails. All those who predict a crash have not lived through the same period as we have I guess.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.
