I was thinking tonight that anyone who manages to get through the congestion to find whoopsies will have earned every single thing they find. :)

I will be there :rotfl: I just the thrill of the chase Not even bothered if we don't get much but the wondering if I had missed much would irk

    Morning all

My shopping is all done :j I need only to venture out for bread tomorrow

Sprouts are picked and prepped. Parsnips and carrots being dug up today :j

I get my meat from a small independent butcher locally who delivers and that's being delivered today at some point and then that's everything done except the housework which will be done while I'm waiting for the meat man :D

I’m just about done too:) We are venturing out for a coffee later and a walk along the sea front to blow the cobwebs away. We are parking up the car and just walking to either Aldi or Asda for bread milk and cream:) I don’t intend to be stuck in supermarket traffic anytime at all over the Christmas period.

I’m another one baking today.....I’m doing pies for tonight, biscuits, mince pies and cakes. Plus a broth for tomorrow......good for hangovers if DD and DS are out tonight:o

Yes the trolleys are overflowing with food aren’t they. I wonder how much will be wasted over the festive period:o

Is anyone on here from Skipton?

What a terrible shock to hear about beautiful Jody Willsher stabbed in Aldi. It seems such an horrific random act. I’ve just seen a photo of her with her husband. What a stunningly beautiful lady.....always a smile on her face, her husband said:o

And the bravery of the pensioner who tackled the man to the floor:A

What a Christmas for her family:o

I couldn't believe what I saw with people's trollies last night. There were folks with multiple trollies

The shops are closed for one day. All I've bought extra of is milk

If I get time today I'd like to bake some mince pies but it's not the end of the world if I don't get round to it :)
