Ventured to Asda early this morning to get bread, milk & salad items. Not too busy but very empty shelves, looked like there hadn't been a nightshift stocking up. SA told me that shelves had been full but had already been raided as there were huge queues when they opened at 6.00am :eek: So my shopping is done and as DD1 & DH are working nights I am off to my mum's for the day so I don't wake them up Have a good day everyone

Caution required if you signed up for Am3x Gold recently - I assumed I set up a Direct Debit when I signed up for the card as it auto filled most details due to being logged in, which is the normal way of doing things. I received an overdue payment message today and found I did not have a payment set up :mad:. I had not noticed an email saying my statement was ready - online statements leave a lot to answer for.

I have paid (no reason not to - I thought I had set it up to pay automatically).

As a suggestion, all notifications should be on not off by default!

I know, it will be my fault for not checking, but a potentially expensive error .

We've got unwanted guests for Christmas, mice. We've caught 7! so far. I'm hoping it is just one family. No signs anywhere except the bathroom and thats where we've caught them. I don't want to create a whole disturbance pulling stuff out looking for them so I just let the traps do their work, hopefully all caught but I said that yesterday.

I did our sprouts last night but that's only because other people wanted some so I did a bulk lot. One more thing off my list for tomorrow :T

Once the meat man has been we will go and fetch up the parsnips and carrots. I've got one parsnip growing in a 3ft length of drainpipe which I planted specifically with Christmas dinner in mind. I cant wait to see what it comes out like :j

Morning all, been busy worwise for a while, so not been about.
Went to SADA last night 10:30pm still busy and place looked like a tornado had been through it LOL. Mine shut Xmas eve 7:00pm and opens boxing day 10:00am. 39 hours, yet I bet it will be absolute chaos with muggles xmas eve at 6:00pm.

I managed to get some dove lady bags and Lynx lady bags, all still compared. When I was leaving I noticed a whole aisle end full of B&H, wonder where I am going tonight LOL.

Cannot wait until about 3rd January when all this madness settles down.A wee hope that 3 4 2 will still be here, but on other items.
Hmmmmm Valentines day in FEBRUARY, Mother's Day in MARCH, Father's Day in JUNE, Oh, Easter sometime too....

Thats strange. AM3X usually send loads of reminders.
An A's cc I had I paid one day late and they slapped on a £12 charge. I messaged them grovelling and got it refunded. Maybe have a go on Am3x live chat and tell them you didnt get any reminders like before.
