Hi, I started posting on the last thread although I was too late for the challenge. Can I join please with a pledge of 7lbs by Christmas. I am hoping to have lost my first half stone when I get weighed on Monday and if done this would account for a stone lost by Christmas.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

A stone by Christmas is an excellent target VALM. Go for it!

I'm feeling less bloated today greentiger, hope you are? When I do my meal plan, I only write down dinners and then ingredients to have available for other meals. When I started SW, I gave DH a list of breakfasts that I could have then he chooses what he's making. I then work the rest of the day from there. DH doesn't eat eggs so they're never planned for dinner but I do have to change my lunch if I had an omelette planned and he's given me eggs for breakfast!

I suppose those porage portions (if you ever find any??) have the advantage of being measured for a HEB. My DH makes great porage but the portions are definitely larger although he uses a measure. Are the pots/portions particularly nice?

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: LO chicken free casserole with cabbage
    D: SW spaghetti Bolognese
    Syns: 6 porage 2 syrup

I'm planning to skip the Parmesan with my dinner as I found last week having syns so soon left me a bit short towards the end of the week. I really hope when I go to WI next Thursday that I'm still in range before I go on my holiday.:)
