Well I'm pretty shocked and just a little over the moon. After a horrendous week food-wise, I managed to pull it back to a maintain!

And, I only went and won Miss Slinky! Can't believe it! Must now try and get back on the losing train!

I believe both the toffee apple and pumpkin spice flavours are HBs. The are both limited editions

I've failed to find them in Asda & Tesco.

Ever since these come out as a HEB I've really craved porridge.

Even stood in Tesco tonight trying to work out if any were a HEB

I've now looked in 2 branches of Asda, 1 Tesco and a Sainsburys and still no luck!
  • Woo well done MissT!

Beanie why would you think that?! Don't be so down on yourself!

    Today's plan:
B - Carrot cake baked oats
D - Spicy carrot and lentil soup (1)
T - Speedy Quorn chilli with sweet potato wedges, 10g cheese
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Oats
    Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), soup (1), cheese (2) = 7

I managed to bring myself back into the black, Syns-wise, yesterday, so feeling quite hopeful about weigh in tomorrow.(Famous last words eh?)

*I know I'm having a lot of carrots! I'm going away for the weekend tomorrow and am trying to use up what I have and avoid buying anything else!

  • I sort of understand where beanie is coming from - after all we all have that one person in class who seems to win everything.

But beanie you were nominated by people in your class - so they must (as well as us) see you as an inspiration. So don't you dare pull out!

Today might be a tricky day - am going out with mum after work to see Cilla & am going for an Italian beforehand. I'm driving so it's only the garlic bread I have to be careful of!

    have a good day all!
