    I believe both the toffee apple and pumpkin spice flavours are HBs. The are both limited editions

    evening, mad day at work - in and out!


    Breakfast: tea (milk from hea) and a hifi (1/2 heb)
    lunch: was at a work evet - I tried to find out the menu before hand but the host had no idea (due to budget she lets the venue chef decide!) luckily it was roast pork (I cut the last of the fat off) with peas, carrots, runner beans, cauli, broccoli 2 new potatoes and a small yorkie with a splash of gravy. the second course was lemon tart - worlds smallest sliver with fresh strawberries. I think in December I may ask for one course only! hope my syns should about cover it but I am over anyway as I had two lotus biscuits :(


    having had all that for lunch I've had plain pasta with chicken for tea :/

    Hi again, mary hinge, that’s fantastic – the total loss and the mini gain. I’m impressed.

    I am bloated too, maman, but I’m also running to the loo because of all the salad, drinks and stuff.

    My meal planning was terrible for today. I did it late on Saturday and didn’t notice. Each meal is fine, but together…. I just didn’t notice.

    Breakfast scrambled egg +
    Lunch egg and tuna +
    Dinner gammon steak, egg +
    I do all the dinners first, then the lunches, then the breakfasts, so I can understand not picking up on the mistake, but I do review it and again when I do the shopping list and again the night before in case I need to get something out of the freezer. I only spotted it when I went to boil eggs for lunch. I passed on the egg tonight. Maybe I’m not bloated, just eggbound!
