If you tell me what you want to lose by the end of the year I will add you to the spreadsheet.
kathryna - could you also add me to the spreadsheet please ? I'd like to lose 9lb by the end of the year, which would take my total loss to 2 stone - still a LONG way to go though.
As per my earlier post, I'm winging it with the help of a starter pack. I started a couple of months ago and weigh myself on a Saturday morning.
As we have our evening meal quite early (me and OH are both retired), I've found it suits me better to have brunch rather than separate breakfast and lunch.
We don't use Frylight but we have a Misto atomiser for rapeseed oil and I count this as 2 syns (1 teaspoon) when used.
Today I had;
Brunch - 2 small slices wholemeal bread (HEB). slice of ham, 35g reduced fat cheddar (HEA). Pepsi max
Evening meal: Pasta, with courgettes, onion and mushrooms and pasta sauce (2 syns for oil for onions, not sure how many syns for the sauce - it was a Lidl one but can't find the value for it).
Snacks: Greek style lemon Muller light (0.5 syns), banana, grapes, 3 clementines0 -
Never heard of syboes or shibbons but i remember we used to call them scallions when I was a kid0

Yes, I realised after I'd planned our menu that pasta sauces aren't particularly good. It was Baresa brand - the 'with Basil' variety. The Calory value was 420 calories for the jar. I've read that you can work on 1 syn per 20 calories, which would make it 21 syns between the two of us - so 10 and a half each ?
I'd be interested to know what others do with pasta, instead of using pasta sauce . I was thinking of using passata / tomato puree and/or tinned ratatouille ?0 -
Hi,
Crazy time to be posting but I woke up and can't get back to sleep. KATHRYN, is it possible to be put down for a holiday this week? I think I've seen other people do it (hopefully this isn't my imagination!).
I've been way off plan and would just like a little grace period til I get back on it next week. I don't even want to go near the scales. Emotional eating due to crappy circumstances and all that!!
Thanks if this is possible xWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -
Well done to all our losers. Have my Christmas do tonight. Wish me luck xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Well done on the losses people, and hugs for the gains.
Put you down for a holiday Moneysaverme. You don't actually have to tell me, as I just mark down as holiday anybody I don't see a weigh in for, but it does mean I won't be looking for it.Zebras rock0
