    Evening all.

Food as per plan today except I didn't get up in time for breakfast after a rubbish night, and I made speedy chilli instead of bolognese, with the addition of carrots, courgette, mushrooms and peppers - very tasty - and 2 Alpen lights to keep me going while stripping wallpaper. Might have some crispbreads later on if I'm hungry.

    Tomorrows plan:
B Bran flakes berries yoghurt honey
L Leftover chilli (if OH doesn't take it to work) with JP
D SW quiche with baby roasties and salad/veg

If I don't have a loss this week, I think I'll need to shake things up a bit - any suggestions welcome!

I do it without the books. Just make sure you familiarise yourself with the food lists at the page. You can find most syn values from google and people here will help for those syns you can't find. Buy a note book to use as a food diary and planner and write everything down.
  • Jealous of all the dogs! I desperately want one (well actually I'd love a few!) but husband says no. To be fair, we just aren't at home enough to give them the care and attention they need. Leave the house at 7am and don't often get in until after 6pm. One day...

On to the good news. Just home from WI and very happy to report -3lb this week and I got my group's SOTW! Thrilled. Half a pound to go to get back to 6 stone award which was my Xmas group. 1lb to take me to my lowest weight. 1.5lb loss will take me into the next stone bracket down too. Unfortunately, I now have a really tricky few weeks coming up with nights out but I shall persevere!
