Jealous of all the dogs! I desperately want one (well actually I'd love a few!) but husband says no. To be fair, we just aren't at home enough to give them the care and attention they need. Leave the house at 7am and don't often get in until after 6pm. One day...

On to the good news. Just home from WI and very happy to report -3lb this week and I got my group's SOTW! Thrilled. Half a pound to go to get back to 6 stone award which was my Xmas group. 1lb to take me to my lowest weight. 1.5lb loss will take me into the next stone bracket down too. Unfortunately, I now have a really tricky few weeks coming up with nights out but I shall persevere!

    :T:T:T:T:T well done

Breakfast: Shreddies with yoghurt and banana.
Lunch: Fried tomatoes and saut! potatoes.
Dinner: off to Lumiere in Durham this evening. We've got early tickets so daughter isn't out too much past her bedtime and have promised her we can eat out somewhere for dinner so will be careful with my choices.

Enjoy your graduation day Mrs R. A couple of days off plan so you can really enjoy it is worth it. You'll soon get any gain off again.

Went to WI this morning and lost 1lb, which is a good loss for me - it's usually only half at a time! 1.5lb to get back into target range so hopefully won't have to pay for more than another 2 or 3 weeks!

    Today's plan:

B - satsuma; banana after WI
L - LO pork & herb meatballs, LO ratatouille sauce; pasta - have just finished it and really enjoyed it. Still have some ratatouille left so will freeze that as a quick topping for pasta for another lunch:D
D - HM burgers, onions, chips, mushrooms, beans, corn on the cob - 1 syn for spread (which I had some butter but I don't but at least it saves syns!)

    HEA - milk
HEB - possibly Ryvitas with HM hummous (2 syns per Tbs which is enough for 2 Ryvitas)
Syns: low fat spread 1; hummous 2 or 4 depending how many Ryvita I want/need:rotfl:.

Now to have another good week to get more weight off next week!

Well I bought my first ever pair of Jeggings today! (size 18 woop woop!!) just from asda as I wasn't sure I was going to like them as I usually go for boot cut or straight jeans but I love them, so comfy!! My size 22 jeans had become so baggy and I hadn't even really noticed until today when I got back from the walk to school and they were soaked from where they'd fallen down a bit and were dragging along the floor in the rain.

Just need my top half to shrink a bit now!

Not sure this is a serious question but if it is you haven't really given enough information to advise you.

It would depend on what bread you've used! As long as you have used 2 slices from a 400g loaf it would be your HEB. However if it's anything else then it would need to be synned. At least it has some Speed food in it!

The coleslaw would also need synning, even if you've made it yourself because of the coleslaw. If you also added butter/spread that too would be synned. So all in all not really a good choice - but at least it would be better than a shop bought sandwich, which would be anything from 14 - 23 syns depending on what's in it.
