I'd be very surprised if they banned Mullers as they do seem to promote them heavily. I think money changes hands somewhere. Although it's possible they might be going to increase the SW range of products.
Personally I don't like them at all. I've never really liked yogurt as it's too sloppy for me although lately I've taken to 0% thick Greek yogurt with fruit.
The potato skins are better than I expected poohsticks. The calculator says 2 syns for each one and you'll have reduced that by counting the cheese as a HEA.
I've done my meal plan and shop for the week although I'll probably go again before the week's out to get Christmas stuff. I certainly don't want to leave it until next weekend. Haven't eaten much since breakfast but having stir fry planned for yesterday later so a pile of Speed.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, fried egg, mushrooms and tomatoes, HEA milk for drinks
L: bananachicken stir fry (carrot, peppers, spring onions, mushrooms, cabbage, sugar snaps, baby corn and courgette!) with noodles and SW chips
Syns: honey 2, wine syns:D0 -

On a serious note, I only have a few left, but loads of the muller rices. I am hoping DS2 who is coming home today will eat them. I am not buying any food other than speed (please note Mr Government official this referring to fruit and veg but illegal substances) the kids can eat the skeg ends up!

I had taken the 70's dress out of the wardrobe and hung it over the mirror for any creases to drop for a few days (stop me ironing it).
On my way home I had realised I had not seen the dress that morning so rang OH up to check....... he said he cannot remember, but that he had checked my wardrobe and after looking he said it was hanging in there so he must have put it back 'where it belongs'.
I got home to discover that he had actually seen a work dress that I hate. He had taken my lovely dress off the hanger, and put it in the dirty washing, which meant my lovely clean dress smelt horrible (I have 2 males still at home).
I ended up going out in a tunic that I wear for work, and calling OH a few words on the journey! I called him a few more choice words when he refused to take direction when driving as 'he knows best' and then got lost dropping me off 25 minutes late...:o:o:o:o
My OH deals with the washing and ironing, so we have had many such mishaps. I have learned to keep my thoughts to myself as he'll stop doing it, which would mean I would have to, and I'm not going down that road. Sounds like you had a good time regardless!!0 -

I don't think ssm 's OH would cope with me. Forced marches, messing with my clothes, not listening to my superior advice. He'd have to do A LOT to make me ignore that. No wonder he got a mouthful! :rotfl:0 -
Evening all
Quiet relaxed day here- bit of a contrast to yesterday which was slightly manic! I’m going to Darlington on Tuesday to watch Mr Ryan in pantoand was having a discussion with mate about where we would eat- I was counting on Nando’s for a low syn meal but she’s flat out refused- she wanted to go to Hungry Horse where there was very little on the menu I could eat that wouldn’t be massively synned- I plan to go off plan on Xmas Day so I really don’t want to be off plan any other day next week. She started getting snarky and said as I was making her go to this panto she would choose where we were eating and it was only one meal! I finally found something I could have (Quorn sausages, mash and peas without the gravy or chutney and a side salad) and she changed her mind again! We’re now going to an American diner which thankfully appears to serve the most amazing pulled pork salad, so I’m going to ask for it without dressing and so i’ll just have to syn the glaze. I’m ridiculously excited to see Mr Ryan again though! Last time I saw him he had to stop my wheelchair rolling away
going on my crutches this time though.
SP day today.

Suffer..... he just made me walk nearly 12,000 steps and hardly spoke to me other than to tell me I had got my counting wrong (going up and down the slop on the bridge). I calmly advised him that I had not, we had been down once, the second time there was some teenagers at the bottom, the third time they had gone, so now it was the fourth... he remained steadfast that 'I' was 'wrong', so I advised that it was not an issue we would do an extra one but when we got to the 6th one he told me I was wrong for doing 6 when we do 5.... I repeated the previous conversation highlighting that he was a Beep beep beep......all I can say is that I am going out tomorrow on my own, and I am going to be celibate for the weekend. My OH deals with the washing and ironing, so we have had many such mishaps. I have learned to keep my thoughts to myself as he'll stop doing it, which would mean I would have to, and I'm not going down that road. Sounds like you had a good time regardless!!
My OH does the housework. I have to admit I do not know how to turn the vacuum on, and I don't know if we possess an iron.... I have had to get used to 'manly' clean instead of properly clean. Did I tell you he is an !!!!!Sorry I misunderstood. I still think SW could bring out their own free yoghurt.
My DH does breakfast and cleaning so I was worried he might stop when I stopped FT work. Like you, I kept quiet and all is well.
I don't think ssm 's OH would cope with me. Forced marches, messing with my clothes, not listening to my superior advice. He'd have to do A LOT to make me ignore that. No wonder he got a mouthful! :rotfl:
Well done on training him. Mine takes me to the car in the morning with my breakfast and a drink....only because when I drive off he is free!
Not sure I gave him a gob full but I did swear which is unusual for me at home (I swear like a trouper at work/with the girls)...:D:D:D
We did have a good time, we went to the worse show in the world.... it was so back that we just took the michael out of them.....which was rather funny x100 -

That is lovely, just make sure that you remember that you are in public x100 -
Ssm that did make me laugh
Well done esmy and bubbs and to all - going in the right direction
Today went out for Xmas dinner with mum (mums friend should have come but she was ill) so they just charged us for the 2 meals. Dinner had a Yorkshire pudding and I had a waffle and ice cream for dinner. So I've maxed my syns for the week. But not beating myself up about it, even if it's gains on Monday.
Going to Chester tomorrow and meeting up with a family friend I haven't seen since I was 16 so really looking forwards to it. Getting up at 7 to take the dogs first (if I can get them out of bed first that is lol- sometimes they don't)
Have a good weekend all. 10 days til Xmas day:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:
