    Morning all
    very pleased to report
-4lb for me this week! Hope the scales are still working OK ...

That takes me to within 1lb of losing two stones, which is my aim for the end of the year.

Some of it may go back on this evening as I'm having a chinese takeaway (it'll be a set dinner so not really much options to go for low syn stuff) but I've got a week to recover it before my next WI.

    Great great loss.
    Enjoy your chinese :)

    Hello all,

It’s - 1 for me this week. A loss at last!

Well done ESMY on your three stone loss :j:j:j

Everyone is doing so well. I feel like I’ve let the team done this challenge as I’ve lost precisely nothing so far, quite the opposite in that I’ve gained a pound. Hopefully that will be gone by next week if I’m super good.

Must try really hard this week x

You are not letting anyone down.
You have lost around two stone this year so give yourself a pat on the back.

Well done to all that have lost. Hugs to those that haven't

I'm having a bit of an off day today. Feeling very tired and light headed, and have what I can only describe as a drug hangover. Think I might of over done it this last week, but got a party tomorrow, and then other than my SW one, and Christmas day and Boxing Day I am done with parties.

  • Thanks BEANIE and BUBBS,

I know I’ve done well this year, I was 200lbs at the start and now am 165 lbs. I just wanted to get a full 40 lbs lost, so 160 lbs by the end of the year. But I don’t think I’ll manage that with the festivities ahead! I’ll do my best til Christmas Day and then I’m having what I fancy on the day and will try to stay on plan for the rest.

I just had a major dieting ‘blip’ during this challenge but hey ho, that’s what sometimes happens :o. The good thing is I’ve started to pull things back and am losing again. Clothes are definitely looking better and my wardrobe is opening up again. It’s a good feeling to have a bit more choice with what to wear.

I do want to keep up with Beanie and ESmy because I think we are all around the same weight. Give or take a bit!

P00HSTICKS, that was an amazing loss, well done :T.

TIE, I hope you can skip Monday and get straight to end of day Tuesday. Your Christmas break sounds very well deserved.

Menu tomorrow ... Breakfast - Yoghurt, mango and honey. Lunch - whole meal toast with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and ketchup. Dinner - Quorn sausages, mashed potato, onion gravy and green veg. Probably a couple of satsumas during the day too. Yum, looking forward to it already. Syns for honey, ketchup, Quorn sausages and gravy. Not many but I’ll work it out tomorrow.

Night all, I’m officially cream crackered x

    Evening all
Really busy day today. My graduation photos arrived unexpectedly this morning so I went into town this afternoon to get a nice silver frame to put one in for my mum and dad for Christmas- but town was manic! Fought my way through and got what l needed. Plus my assignment is almost done- I’m being abandoned in the library while OH goes to the rugby tomorrow- so I’ve just got 300 more words to write and a heavy edit job and then I can enjoy my Christmas!
Ps Ssm- I always behave around Mr R. Can’t say the same for him though ;)
    Today’s food:

S: Quark with 2 x Bourneville Highlights (4) and fresh rasps, decaf tea with HEXA

Be pleased with that 1lb msm and do what you can in the next couple of weeks then you can really go for it in the new year. This (and holidays) are probably the hardest times to stick to healthy eating with temptation all around.

Roll on Tuesday tie and to finishing the Assignment MrsR then you can both relax.:)

Didn't do too badly tonight. Food was quite SW friendly except for some dressing /mayo and as I was driving no wine syns.:D
  • Goodness, even though I was so very tired last night, could I sleep?? No, of course not!! Don’t you hate it when that happens?!

I ended up giving up trying and did a few things on my ‘to do’ list. One of which was ordering a large floor mirror from House of Fraser so I can actually see what I look like in the clothes that now fit me. I have no full length mirror In the house. I do however have a beautiful huge mirror in the garden surrounded by foliage and lit up with twinkly lights. Each time I want to get a look at myself I traipse out there and do a twirl, much to the amusement of the neighbours I suspect. I’m just realising how daft this sounds :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Anyway, that situation is rectified now!

Good luck today all (and thanks for the support MAMAN) x
