Well what im saying is cauliflower as veg is free and speed, cauliflower rice is still free but not speed.
    I did yes:D:D:D:D:D:D 1 1/2lb off
It is nice , glad you enjoyed it, did you like the gravy?

    Congratulations! :T

Who told you cauliflower rice isn't Speed? Unless they've changed their minds ready for the new book I can't see any reason why not.

The gravy tasted great but it was thin. For today's portion I experimented with thickening it. I mixed in a paste of half and half teaspoon of mustard powder and cornflour. It was easier as I was reheating on the hob. I liked it both ways. :)

    Evening all.

Congratulations to all the losers! Collectively we should be a good way to target on this challenge (although my contribution is limited..)
Weigh in tomorrow and I'm not hopeful - feeling a bit bloated and I've had a few syns over this week. Whatever it is, I'm hoping for a fully on plan week next week, before the season of overindulgence really kicks in!

    Todays menu
B/L Boiled eggs with 4 crispbreads, apple
D HM Chicken and bacon pasta dish in tomato sauce with a few olives and extra mushrooms and peppers added, 2 tangerines
Will have another couple of crispbreads later if hungry to make up HEX B.
Syns for spread and olives so 3 at the most so far.

    Tomorrow
    B Yoghurt + fruit
L Roast beef sandwich with lots of salad
D Depends how many I'm feeding - possibly only me tomorrow.

I think it's just a quirk of the app. It's Speed. I'm sure it is. :)

Day trip to France yesterday with a 3 course meal. Tried to stick to plan as much as possible and meal was OK and only had a pastis & water for 3 syns.

WI today and ended up with a 1lb loss which I'm happy with as now back into target range. No more WI until after my holiday in January!

    Meals all on plan today:

B - pineapple chunks after WI
    L - beans on toast - HEB
D - ate out - lamb shank; mash; veg. Didn't eat the skin so lamb free; veg free; couple of syns for mash.

    Syns - mash 2? wine

    That’s great, MissT and dusty.
    Fantastic, bubbs!

maman, I’d rather our team was inconsistent than consistently incompetent! Enjoy what you have 😉 Rub it in, why don’t you, tweets ☹ And I thought you were a nice person too!

Today we have had sleet, snow, rain and clear spells with temperatures rising and falling above and below zero. As a result the roads are now covered in layers of rutted ice, not even slush. Turning corners was an adventure, to say the least, when I went out to get grandson this afternoon. Our small village doesn’t get gritted; usually bins of grit are delivered so we can do it ourselves but there are none this time. It’s not even on a through road; you have to be coming here to use the road into the village, so we don’t get the benefit of passing traffic to clear the road a bit.

I don’t understand the mashed banana thing. Surely chewing the banana is just the same as mashing it with a fork? I don’t think chewing one/part of one banana would use up many calories or make much difference to digestion.

Congratulations on getting back in target range denise . Brilliant timing! :T

I think it's a crazy argument about mashed banana too greentiger but it's the only thing I've been told by consultants. The deliberate mystery of SW irritates me.
  • Well done BUBBS :j:j:j that’s amazing. Such a huge loss to have achieved, you must be thrilled, I’m really happy for you.

Wishing you a wonderful holiday GETTINGTHERESOMETIME. See you in the New Year!

I’m on plan and WI is tomorrow. I’m hopeful for a loss, even a little one would please me as I’ve performed horrendously this challenge :o

    Keep plodding x
