    So I am getting motivated....

    14 weeks 20 lbs =1.5 per week - doable.

5,000-10,000 steps per day (on average days I do not walk need to increase the steps) = 400-600 calories used per day

Look for a dance group to drag a friend who needs to loose weight for health reasons.

    Increase veg intake

Change cereal to Kelloggs all bran and beans to Heinz

    Learn how to stretch properly

Figure out the best thing to do with baggy belly... OMG!

Motivated but I am going out tomorrow night for a meal tomorrow night, set meal but we are playing swop food so should not be too bad, and there is dancing.

I am not going to a do on Saturday, as I have decided I don't like the people going enough to drive and hour there and back, and to stick calories in my mouth for!

    Off to google baggy belly!

Some good goals there. Abdominal crunches will help tone your belly.

Yo-yo is on the way back down! -3lb for me tonight. A really tricky week ahead but I only need 0.5lb to get my xmas wish of getting back to my 6 stone award so I'm desperately hoping I can do that by next Weds when we break up for xmas as I'm off on holiday next Friday.

I.too only have half a pound to first stone award. Don't have any plans this week and want to go alcohol free all weekend again. Cmon we can do this.

Another bit of a lie in this morning.

Just had a brunch of ham salad sandwich (HEB) with Cheese (HEA) and extra salad on the side

When I sent OH out the other day to get cottage cheese and yoghurt for the moussaka, he also bought in some leeks that he liked the look of. So I think I'm going to use them to do some sort of chicken casserole / stew thing for tea tonight, with some peppers and mushrooms that also need using up.

I'll either put some potatoes in directly or do them separately

I've got one banana left and about ten clementines. Also one yoghurt and a good supply of kit-kats!

Trying to use up stuff prior to a weekend away visiting parents, before the Christmas shop next week.
  • Just a quick signing in before we fly....though with the weight I’ve put on over the last few days, the plane will be lucky to take off.

I obviously see not weighing as my get out of jail card and I will need to rein it in for the next few days at least. But I’ve decided that 2018 is my year & the typewriter I get to target.

I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas & thank you all for your support over the past 12 months....see you in 2018

I do a tasty, very low syn chicken casserole. Briefly fry off all the veg you plan to use including sliced leeks and brown the chicken (I do it on the hob in my metal casserole dish). Add chicken stock (450/500ml), thyme and rosemary (dried is fine) and some seasoning and potatoes if you want. Cover and cook in the oven at about 200 until you're happy that chicken is cooked then add in a drained tin of butter beans and a paste made from tbsp. of cornflour and put back in the oven for 15 mins or so. So cornflour is only syns and shared with DH. I often have the leftovers (minus chicken;)) as a sort of big soup for lunch the next day.

I've been out for lunch today and had bread and chips plus a couple of gins. I think I've officially entered the 'be good when I can' phase of Christmas. I'm not going completely off plan but I think I'll be over syns for the next couple of weeks.

I had a SW friendly breakfast (boiled eggs) and if we fancy something later I'll do a stir fry so it's just one off plan meal.
