No, I do not have a POPLE code, none was given with appeal rejection.

I am aware that you have 28 days from initial rejection, whilst none was provided I don't want to contact the PPC and get a code with 3 days left to file an appeal

Im inclined to agree with the "you haven't given me a code, I will appeal within 30 days of that code"

However I don't want to fall in to a trap whereby I miss the deadline, as from what I have read POPLA is 28 days from NoR

appeal to who? , you have already appealed and they (debt collection co) declined it and did not send you a popla code ,

you are in limbo now , you can do no more APART from kicking off with the DVLA

there is NO popla deadline as you have not recieved a POPLa code

Well yes, I am in a bit of limbo :-/

Although POPLA's advice on their website is to contact the PPC if no code was given.

Have messaged the DVLA as per your template, will await a reply and look to challenge further form there. I would say I have enough information at this stage to Complain to the BPA, heading with the lack of POPLA code being provided.

Would rather be proactive about this and not get caught out, as much as I would like to sit tight!

the bpa are a law to themselves and do not answer to goverment etc , however the DVLA DO , it needs the passing of info to companies that do not offer appeals (popla) stopping , stopping dead in its tracks

let the DVLA sit on there mortons fork , they cannot lie ,

@ The Deep - I'm aware of that article, I did read it at the time but it didn't confirm things 100% to my recollection. I cant read it now as its behind the paywall.

Despite requesting a POPLA code none was given, nor was I told within the reply that I would not receive one or why. So to this point I am still expecting one till I am told otherwise!!

If I contact the PPC to request I will know for sure if they will provide one or not and take it from there. I would guess a further complaint to the DVLA and further ping pong. Just don't want to get in to a situation where I default to a loss!

get in to a situation where I default to a loss!

it has been stated several times that the parking Co will not take this to court , and as they got your info from the DVLA , they would be very foolish to pass this to the train co

why would the train co waste a lot of money taking you to court , when even if they win , they will get nothing

    Hey pappa golf

Thanks to peoples advice I'm clear on what action they can and can't take. I'm more suggesting I don't want to miss POPLA deadline if I am able to appeal. Would rather have the closure of POPLA that be harassed by them, not that they will attempt to go to court etc
