    Hi LittleBit,

    I would definitely cook it. You can't be too careful with chicken. If you are afraid of it drying out, then top it with cheese.

    heya,
    I would say yes, then let it cool, then add it to pizza to reheat through thoroughly when you cook the pizza.

  • im soo goin to make this for dinner tonite now, in fact im hungry just readin about it lol. a quick Q tho, do u put the passata sauce on as normal and then top n add bbq sauce, or can u mix the passata and bbq sauce to use as the base sauce?? will it make a difference either way??

  • bought a reduced sainsbury 'smoky cheese rip and dip pizza' it has a pot of sauce in the middle , anyway i froze it and thought i had better get the pot of sauce out and defrost it , ready for the pizza tonight .
    anyway looking at the cooking instructions it says 'not suitable for home freezing '
    I have never known a pizza unsuitable for freezing , i have now put it in the fridge to defrost , reckon it will be alright ? or will we all get poiso :think: ned?
    my favourite food is spare ribs
