I would definitely cook it. You can't be too careful with chicken. If you are afraid of it drying out, then top it with cheese.

I would say yes, then let it cool, then add it to pizza to reheat through thoroughly when you cook the pizza.

im soo goin to make this for dinner tonite now, in fact im hungry just readin about it lol. a quick Q tho, do u put the passata sauce on as normal and then top n add bbq sauce, or can u mix the passata and bbq sauce to use as the base sauce?? will it make a difference either way??money cant buy you love....why cant i have both???currently watching my weight go down....59.5 lbs so far :j0

bought a reduced sainsbury 'smoky cheese rip and dip pizza' it has a pot of sauce in the middle , anyway i froze it and thought i had better get the pot of sauce out and defrost it , ready for the pizza tonight .
anyway looking at the cooking instructions it says 'not suitable for home freezing '
I have never known a pizza unsuitable for freezing , i have now put it in the fridge to defrost , reckon it will be alright ? or will we all get poiso :think: ned?my favourite food is spare ribs0 -
