Just on the phone with natwest, paying off part of the 18.9% loan with 6.9% offer from MBNA. Will work out all my numbers once done. Annoys me how I have to pay a penalty to pay off the loan early, but heyho.

As much as I hate my credit cards I must say MBNA and Barclaycard really do offer existing customers decent deals... I let MBNA know my situation last month (paying 18.9% APR elsewhere) and he told me there would be offers on my account next month. Sure enough, there was a 6.9%!

Barclaycard almost always offer 6.9% for life, so the idea is when the Barclaycard balance goes down a few thousand I will move bits of the MBNA as that's only interest free for 2 years.

EDIT: Not selling laptop, I use it almost daily! It's a macbook retina 2014, so if I get desperate I can sell it for a decent number later down the line. Also you are right I can't afford to replace it!

Great news about the reduction in interest- I hope it makes a big difference to what you can pay off/ overpay each month! Have you worked it out yet?

Got myself a new official girlfriend... She asked me out, weird, but kinda ballsy.

Wow that was quick work Camz! And good on her for asking you out. When I split up with my ex in the summer, do you know what I started thinking if I like someone why not ask them out. If you don't ask, you don't get! Let's hope she is normal and your life calms down a bit with no dramas :beer:

...turned my passwords back on, notifications hidden, iMessage disconnected from everything but 1 phone. Two factor turned on my social media so if she ever gets my pw I get a text with a second code, and know what’s happening... Gotta play it safe !
Had too many girls stalk my social media without me knowing, had one girl link my Apple account to her spare iPad so she got all my texts!! Call me paranoid but I am.

Omg, yes I think that would make me paranoid as well to be honest if someone did that to me. I don't blame you for increasing your security measures!
