    It’s in my nature to cause drama! :D
    I have apologised to the girl this morning, drunken me can be a little heartless to put it nicely, that’s definitely one of the reasons I don’t drink much usually. I’ve got a good heart deep down.
    Anyway off to Sainsbury’s to figure out hangover cures!

    I went to my GP for my own sanity, I think the hospital was right. The GP was explaining how palpitations are very different to like a heart attack etc and that things can trigger it so usually stress, anxiety or energy drinks. That day I had taken red bull and pre workout. I dunno though it does make me worry it might be serious further down the line.

    I’m super happy, managed to find a spot in my room that actually picks up WiFi (in the back of my wardrobe closet)! Stuck a WiFi booster to the wall in the back of the closet. We had one in the draw downstairs.

    No more running out of data for me :) I can now watch Netflix for hours in my bed.

    haha re tips the offers appreciated but not needed lol i am working with a guy who is in his 60's who compete in uk strongest man and who has won a lot of bodybuilding shows. Re macros i am carb cycling also it varies depending on whether its a heavy training day, a normal training day or rest day. Carbs fluctuate from low 300g, mid 350g, upto high 450.

    I assume your an ectomorph with what your saying re gaining weight? I have the advantage of being an endomorph i weighed myself yesterday and had the tape out lol I am now down to 108,5kg, chest is 46, quads are 27, waist 32.5, arms 17, calfs 16. My sports background is mountain biking and competitive powerlifting and i have trained for years.

    Erm as a kid like age 10/11 I was a bit chubs but by 14/15 I guess, I was underweight whilst eating everything still. By 18/19 I was quite toned naturally and the gym I’ve generally found quite easy. I definitely don’t have issues gaining muscle, my arms and stuff looked toned before I even did gym, my bf is just naturally low.

    I’ve got a natural kinda V shape, chest is bigger than my abs even when I was like 18 before I worked out a lot.

    Just lucky I guess, although I don’t massively buy the story that some people gain fat etc much easier or struggle endlessly to gain a tiny bit of muscle. I think some people just eat more and don’t put in the work. I do think some guys have a !!!! body shape height etc.. If I was short I think I’d hate life

  • Well my dad was a bodybuilder in the 1970's and still trains even though he is 75 years old. I was like yourself at 14-15 i was quite a chubby kid i got picked on at school blahh blahhhh after secondary school i started training with dad in our garage with free weights i lost quite a lot of weight but then genetics wise my legs and upper half just went massive. Then in my teens i got in training with a group of powerlifters in Gateshead by the time i was 19 i was 110 kg in weight. I can remember squatting 180kg at 19 years old wraps and a belt the only help my legs were 29.5 in diameter. The most i totalled in competition was around 580kg.

    I can gain weight easy i have to watch what i eat to maintain the taper i have. I have never really being below 12percent bf i did work with a bodybuilder in the past and thats the lowest i was down to according to calipers etc. I am probably a bit above that currently.

    Nice, well I’ve seen plenty of guys with good definition at 15% BF. You sound like a beast dude!! It was torture getting to sub 10% body fat for me, but nowadays I hover around 10 with ease, maintenance is straight forward, can still eat dominos etc.

    Sucks that people are mean in school. I was lucky by the time I got into year 7/8 I was a slim guy, if I’m totally honest I wasn’t a nice kid, when I used to see this kid get off the bus I would kick my ball right at his face. Knocked off his glasses so many times that he would take em off when he came into school, so he couldn’t see me & then BAM. I poured the sugary lucozade over him countless times.

    I was just a menace, back then I didn’t care about right and wrong it was more about demonstrating my power & there’s something really good being a kid, doing bad stuff to people and getting away with it.

    I should try and find the kid to apologise tbh. Might see if he’s got instagram or anything.

    I’ve been sleeping all day nursing hangover so gonna go smash gym now.

    Ok didn’t end up at the gym as I fell asleep again. Woke up now so will go... Just had a dream that I robbed a bank, I’ve always had some kinda fantasy that I’d rob a bank from watching it on a movie as a kid. I’m too scared of jail to ever do anything but I’d imagine the rush from it to be so amazing. I remember telling my mum I would rob a bank when I’m older and she freaked the hell out, started asking what movies I was watching all the time. :D:rotfl:
