Yeah the Tories just have a Minister for foreign affairs the bookies favourite to be the next Tory leader dines with far right activists (Gregory Lauder-Frost) who want the members of the Laurence family who haven!!!8217;t been murdered to be deported.
But no, there are no far right Tory MPs. By your standards I am sure they are a lovely bunch.

UK to tell EU it is ready to stay in customs union beyond 2021
Only The Telegraph reporting on this, but pretty good news if true.

I wish the government would make up their mind. Yesterday they weren't, today they are. The CU is far too important an issue to dance a political Hokey Cokey over. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? This is not the beginning of the end of Brexit. It is not even the end of the beginning. But it is a giant spanner in Brexiters works.

Theresa denies everything.
https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/may/17/theresa-may-denies-customs-union-climbdownTheresa May has denied climbing down over membership of the customs union after Britain leaves the EU.
The prime minister spoke after the Telegraph reported that she was preparing for Britain to remain in the customs union after 2021 as the row over the Irish border continues.

Yep...

Brexiteers may have won the first battle but it's looking increasingly clear they're going to lose the war.
The 'transition' period is going to effectively keep us in for another two years, and unless our final destination is something simple to implement like the EEA/EFTA (or something that looks exactly like it under a different name) extensions well beyond that already seem inevitable.
The important thing now is to play for time - by the end of June this year a million old Brexit voters will no longer be with us compared to the last referendum - and they've being replaced by a cohort of newly enfranchised young voters that are overwhelmingly pro-EU.
By the time we get to 5 years there will be a clear and decisive majority in favour of the EU. Our job in the meantime is to fight for each and every outcome that keeps us close to the EU as possible and therefore minimises the damage to our economy and society.
Then the campaign to rejoin will begin...:)“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

There's no stronger confirmation that May denying something. We're staying in the CU :rotfl:0 -
Hmm, according to Yougov, time is not on the side of the Brexit camp. 5 years may well make all the difference.0

Indeed.
Polling by 2022 will show a clear majority for remaining - which will be enough to markedly soften the exit and keep us close in the meantime even if it's another Tory led govt - of course if it's a Lib/Lab coalition even better - then we can push for EEA right away.
The real battle will be the 5 years following 2022 though - the goal is to get the first steps towards rejoining into the 2027 manifestos - with the next referendum shortly after that General Election.
By that point we should have something close to a 5 million majority for rejoining purely because of demographic changes.
And that's before we take account of all the disillusioned leavers who will hopefully be too demoralised to even bother voting - as by then they'll have seen nothing they thought they voted for has actually happened - because of course they were lied to by the Brexiteers.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
