Sometimes we need someone to simply be there.
Not to fix anything or do anything in particular, but just to let us feel that we are cared for and supported.

Take time during the change of the seasons to recharge and refocus your life.

    Today was not a NSD
Masses of YS bargains in the fridge and freezer though.- fruit, veg and bakery items - nothing over 25p and lots of things for 3p - total spend £4.33 and was a bag for life and a half's worth.

Non YS stuff came to under £10 though, DS2 needed school socks and DS1 only likes posh spread.

    Nearly payday!! (Tues)

    Day 29
    NSD achieved 22/20.
Did not go out today so no exercise.
Used food etc what was already in.
    Caught up with some housework.
Was thinking about going to an exhibition in London about a singer who I like. Going to exhibit things from his tour days in the 70's. Already went to an exhibition in London about this singer a couple of years ago. They exhibited quite a bit of his personal things and outfits he wore at his concerts, including the 68 Comeback Special. They were selling a replica of his outfit from his concert from Hawaii for a little over £1,000. I did not buy it. Am content at just seeing that exhibition. So saved £25.
    Grateful for:
    Having the extra hour today.
Finished reading the Christian book/study. Will benefit me in the long run and loads of positive things to think about.
Getting prepared to go back to work tomorrow.
    Making some scones.
What I have achieved in my week off.

Managed to get through the day with out ruining my NSD despite hubs best efforts. He wanted a drink while we were out so I used Boots points. Got some YS ice cream from the English heritage site we visited. :D I think ill end up spending tomorrow but might get a final one in on Tue.

Had a nice day really, went for our picnic, had spag bol waiting in the slow cooker for when we got home (mince and sauce were reduced items)
and then put a film on for kids while I pottered.

Today Im greatful for living in such a lovely place, for the lovely people who hosted last nights halloween party and all the trouble they had gone to & for my hub who has spent the weekend sorting the garden!:A
