Well the wheelie bin didn't arrive . The tracking info said all day it would arrive today and then after 8pm it said there was a problem with the delivery and it could arrive between the 3 - 7 May . I'm not impressed. I messaged the seller and this is what I said:
"I am very annoyed that my wheelie bin did not arrive today as promised. I waited in ALL DAY listening out for the door. Now you're saying it could take from tomorrow up until 7 May to arrive. If you couldn't deliver it today, why did you wait until after 8pm to tell me? Why do you sell items and promise to deliver them on a specific day if you can't fulfill your promise? It is very disappointing for customers and it makes it very unlikely that I would ever want to order anything from you again. I would like to know a specific delivery day, as I can't wait indoors for five days while you decide to get your act together and actually deliver my order."
I don't suppose it will do any good but it made me feel better :rotfl: They picked a bad day to mess up my delivery .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
