I know what you mean about the EF, last year I did a 0% money transfer to cover some things needed for the house rather than use mine. All paid off now, I might not have been disciplined to put it back by now but knew I had to pay the card off in a year.

That's exactly it SA :). You have to know yourself and be sure that you'd have the self discipline to repay the EF. At the moment I'd rather go into debt than spend my EF as like you I know the debt WILL be paid.

I've been thinking that in the summer I may need some kind of utility belt or bum bag because I'll need somewhere to stash my sunglasses and sun hat when I'm in the dining room. Normally I put them in my coat pocket but I won't be wearing a coat in the summer. So I'll need a utility belt or clothes with really big pockets :rotfl:
Maybe a very small cross body type bag would do?

I feel a bit fed up at the moment and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because I'm still feeling tired (that's usually when I get fed up), or maybe it's because we didn't get paid by the new customer, or maybe it's because DH still hasn't assembled the shed and it's still leaning against our hall radiator and I'm not convinced it will get done this weekend either, or maybe it's because I wish I had more hours (and more pay) at work :(.

I know these are all first world problems but they are getting me down a little this week.

Thanks Taka :). It needs to be something that won't dip into a soapy bucket when I'm wiping down 20 tables :rotfl:. I'll have to do some investigating and see what would work :). Perhaps a mini rucksack would work.

Evening HHD, sorry to hear you're feeling fed up. Fingers crossed the customer will pay and the shed will get put up this weekend - after all, there's an extra day for jobs to be done with it being Bank Holiday ;)

Does your work tabard not have pockets? Otherwise I think a bum bag type thing would work really well for bits and pieces. xx

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Yes another vote for the bumbag. They are normally quite cheap, I seem to recall the pound shop here had them with the travel section. Not sure about the quality of course!

Sorry to hear you are feeling down and tired. Is there something useful you could be doing whilst sitting down? That's what I try to make myself feel like I'm getting some things done!

If you lived near me you could take your pick from Mr SA's vast collection of bum bags :rotfl:

Sorry to read you feel a bit fed up, understandable though, hope things pick up xx
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Thanks TF2 :). Well it is a bank holiday weekend but I'm still not convinced the shed will get assembled. We bought an electric saw 18 months ago and the ivy still hasn't been cut down :(. I'd do it but DH doesn't think I can without electrocuting myself .

I'm fed up about not getting paid yet because I had plans for the money, like topping up the EF. I need to learn to be patient I suppose.

Our work tabards are like the hi vis yellow jackets that workmen wear TF2 so they don't have any pockets. They're just so the children can find us easily in the playground.

Thanks Earthgirl :). I usually try and do planning, work out accounts, or go on here when I'm sitting down. But I did all the financial planning and accounts yesterday.

I think a bumbag might do the trick :)'

Thanks SA :). I wouln't want to upset Mr SA  although he might not notice if one went missing :rotfl:.

It's probably just because I'm still tired from last weekend. I can't believe it's taking me a whole week to recover!

No sign of the wheelie bin yet, it's supposed to arrive by 8pm so it's going to have to get a move on. Does anyone else think that Amazon deliveries are getting very unreliable?
