We had a lovely afternoon at the NT place yesterday with aunt and uncle. It was warm and sunny and there were daffodils and primroses growing in the Devon lanes. After that we went back to aunt and uncle's house for dinner and had a really nice evening chatting to them. Overall a very enjoyable day

I didn't sleep very well last night due to family matters we were discussing in the evening though so I feel very tired now
.
Today I met stepdad for coffee and then wandered around the shops for a bit. Not much was spent apart from me buying some food storage containers to contain some of the rice and oats I've been over buying, I really must stop doing that
. I also bought a new photo frame for a lovely photo of my mum with my aunt and her parents, that aunt and uncle had found and which we scanned. So I'd like to print that out and put in in the new frame. I met DH, DS1 and DS2 after that, as there were various things that they needed, so we all came home together.
Apart from that I've been emptying the kitchen bins, putting laundry on to wash, putting the dishwasher on, tidying the living room and tidying our bedroom. The house feels like a total tip at the moment .
So now I feel shattered and need to rest. My feet are actually hurting, but we have had a busy couple of days! Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I feel very unsettled at the moment
.
I think it's a combination of factors. It's because I'm starting my new job on Monday, DS2 is going abroad again soon and what's going on with stepdad. Also just the change in the weather is unsettling me, even though it's a change for the better
.
There is just so much going on in my life at the moment, good and bad, that I think I'm having trouble adjusting. I'm also very tired after my bad night and missing my mum and DS3 every day, so that doesn't help

I do feel as though I've had a lot of changes to deal with recently Beanie so that's probably all it is. I'm really tired too after sleeping so badly last night.
And whilst I'm delighted about the new job I also feel a bit nervous about starting it
. I expect I'll feel better after the first day as you say Nicnak.
