Morning HHD, just popping in to say have a lovely day. Did you hear anything about being guarantor yet. Just out of interest, and from picking the bones from DD relating the details, the girl's parent who was having problems rang the landlord direct and got it sorted. So there are sometimes ways around things. xx

Great news about the job HH - congratulations! :T:beer::j:D

On the PPI thing - even if you get nothing more out of it at least you'll know - better that by far than getting past the deadline and wondering "what if" I'd say! And definitely still hope with 5 looking into your claim too.

Thanks EH :). I do still think it was worth having a go with the PPI and there's still a bit of hope left.

This morning I started to look for my O'Level exam certificates (yes that's how old I am :() just in case I needed them in the future. I looked through a big box of papers in the void and found DH's A'Level certificates but no others . I did find lots of letters that my mum wrote to me when I was at uni so I was pleased to find those :).

After that I went out for coffee and a wander around the shops with DS1. Some money was spent. About a fiver on coffees, £4.80 on bus fares, £2 in the chemist and £1 in Mr T. It could have been a lot worse though. There was a drunk woman yelling in the street (it's so classy where I live ).

When we got back I wanted to try and get rid of some of the clutter in the void because I can barely move in there and I'll never find my exam certificates at this rate!

So I went through a massive plastic box of school books, papers and leaflets belonging to DS1 from years ago. He said he didn't want any of it, so I chucked 99% of it into the recycling bin :T. The big plastic box is now empty :T and I've given it to DH to fill up with office clutter as there was some wild talk of him de-cluttering the office a bit soon :rotfl: (it certainly needs it!)

I'm feeling quite pleased with myself because although I haven't found my certificates yet, one big box is now missing from the void which will give me more room to manoeuvre in there :T. You had to turn on a sixpence before it was so tightly packed in there . I have a lot more de-cluttering to do but it's a start.

Thanks TF2 :). I've heard absolutely nothing and DS3 hadn't either last I heard . I'm not quite sure what this means. They could just be slow, or they may think we're not suitable :(. Anyway, presumably we'll find out eventually.

I'm glad your DD's rental is being sorted :).

I've got a busy day coming up tomorrow. I've got my college tutorial at 9.30am and then I'm coming home for a quick bite to eat. After that we're meeting my aunt and uncle at a NT place for the afternoon and they've invited us back to their house for dinner. So it should be a busy but good day :).

I hope I sleep better tonight. Last night I fell asleep quickly but then woke up at 4am and felt wide awake. I didn't drop off again until 6.30am . I don't know what that was all about . Maybe I wasn't as tired as I thought I was.

Hey less of the old I did O levels :)

Recently I've been waking up at 3.33. Kept saying I should choose 3 and 33 as lottery numbers but never got round to it. Yesterday morning woke up at 3.33. Last night's lottery results - yes 3 and 33 came up. Spooky.

    Have a fab day tomorrow.
