(Actually, the heart attack is the least of it - what's he going to do when his wife leaves him for being expected to buy his clothes for him?!) :rotfl:
Good work on the assignment HH!

Well Jags 2385, what a wonderful hard working human being you are. One of life's successes, never putting a foot wrong. Working in retail on 7 day weeks. Do you want a medal for this?
My eldest son is 6 years younger than you and is a neurosurgeon, working for the good old NHS. I imagine, well actually I know he works longer hours than you, shift work, nights etc. Apart from doing it for himself, as it is 9 years of training to get him to consultant level,(that is after 6 years at Uni,2 years as F1 and 2, 3 years SHO) he stays late and works unsocial hours not for monetary gain but for his patients.
He does something pretty amazing, it is called saving lives and making peoples lives better. His house is not worth £700,000 and knowing what he deals with day in day out he has very little regard for money.
He has no intention of ever having a private clinic and earning mega bucks, he would rather go to a 3rd world country and pass on what he has learnt, to make a difference to other peoples lives.
You can have all the money in the world but should you end up on an operating table for brain surgery it won't mean a thing. It will not save your life.
Perhaps you should be a little more humble on peoples threads, a lot on these forums are hard working individuals who have made a few mistakes in the past and are trying to make things better for themselves and there families. This forum is for support and encouragement not for an egotistical retailer to brag about how much money they have.
It is very sad that someone sees themselves better than others because of their monetary worth.0 -
Well done on your assignment. You are so conscientious I am sure the result will be excellent (although I hate being asked to do something without clear direction
)
I hope you find something relaxing to do later this evening

Hi HHD. Hope you've managed to put the assignment to bed and you're happy with it. Agree with what everybody else has said about not knowing how long it should be. Would serve the tutor right if everybody handed in 100 pages for him/her to read :rotfl: I'm sure DD is given word counts for her assignments.
I didn't find any daffodils so a little disappointed but I'm on a mission now to have some in a vase on the windowsill by weekend.
Have a lovely relaxing evening. xx0 -

Thank you very much everyone for your support
. I didn't see the post, but it was obviously obnoxious and so I'm glad I missed it

By the way I think you should definitely be able to report someone for bragging, that should definitely be a thing :rotfl:.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
