Your spring has sprung earlier than ours up here, narcissi are just green shoots at the moment - a few yellow crocuses out but no purple as yet.
ETA snow drops are out though0 -
Spring does tend to come early here TF2 because it's a bit warmer. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I can't wait for Spring to be here, although the sun shining through today made it feel like it would soon be here!

Morning HHD, just popping by to say I hope you have a good day and fingers crossed you hear something about being guarantor soon. According to DD the girl's parent who didn't pass the first check have only been asked to provide a couple more pieces of information and it seems as though it'll go through.
I love all the seasons but spring is definitely my favourite. Feel like I need to track down a bunch of daffodils todayxx

I'm glad the sun was shining for you Wannabe. It won't be long before Spring arrives.

Thanks TF2. Maybe something will arrive today. I'll have to ask DS3 if he's heard anything about it.
You should definitely go on a daffodil hunt.

I need to work on my assignment today but I really don't feel like it
. I hate days when I wake up and have nowhere specific that I'm meant to go. I must force myself to start it though. I usually find that starting it is the hardest and once I do begin it's much easier to keep going and finish it.
It doesn't help that I don't know how long the assignment is meant to be. The tutor just said as long as you cover all the topics then it doesn't matter how long it is. I didn't find that very helpful as I don't know how much depth to go into .
Oh well I'd better go and turn my computer on and get started. I've had breakfast and my second cup of tea so I've run out of excuses :rotfl:.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

As you say, not very helpful re the length of the assignment. Agree starting is the hardest part though without a clear word number in mind, ending might be the hardest
As its a first assignment I don't imagine they'd expect more than 1000 - 1500 words at most. How many topics do you have to cover? If its a few maybe divide that into 1500 and see how many words per topic that gives you and see if you can cover each topic in that number of words.
Hope I'm not making this even more complicated :eek: it makes sense to me!
Good luck anyway with it. You are very articulate so I'm sure it will be fine but its having confidence in something 'academic' which is then going to be judged.0 -

Do you know anyone who has already completed this course, HH? A TA at your school for instance. It might be worth asking them about it and maybe they'll even let you have a look at their past assignments if they still have them.
Good Luck:beer:0 -
Morning Hairy, I know you are probably hard at work now so my advice will be too late but when I did my NVQ I found it helped to convert each topic into a question, I then wrote a paragraph or two on each one depending on how much info was needed
Good luck with it today xOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8940
