I am regretting my recent purchase of a white bra now :rotfl:"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

I've recently bought two black bras and have a white one that will need replacing soon. It's definitely getting replaced with a skin colour one after Badmemory's white underwear hilarious horror story :rotfl: .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Today I did my Mr T shop and came in on budget.
DS1 had his ESA review and is okay for another six months, so that's a relief.
It's DS3's last week at college, so he's busy finishing off projects. He'll find out on Friday whether he has enough points to go to uni, so fingers crossed. I'll really miss him when he goes in the autumn.
DS2 is waiting to hear from the language school in Spain, so he could be off for three months soon. I'll miss him too.
I know that it's right and normal for them to go off and live their lives and they can't live at home for ever, but it's the end of an era for me so I feel sad at the moment.
I'm trying very hard to focus on the positives, which are that there will be less housework, less cooking, less laundry and less general mess when there are just three of us. And it might enable DH and I to spend more quality time together. Plus we don't see much of DS2 and DS3 anyway. But it's hard not to feel a bit sad.
I go away myself in about a week to visit my dad and stepmum in Bedfordshire. I know I'll enjoy it when I get there and it will do me good to have a break, but I'll miss DH and the DC.
I've got volunteering tomorrow morning so that should be fun. Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday.

It took a long time.
It was like a physical pain sometimes.

Mine moved to a different county and downsized as it was 'the only way get my older brother to move out' not longer after I went. I'm not entirely sure they were joking. My mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Please reinstall universe and reboot+++
