  • This thread has a lot of pretty cool ideas. I better try it this coming Christmas.
  • I can't really afford to buy the kilner jars, even though they're good value in tk maxx atm. I'd rather use the jam and pasta jars I've been saving. Any suggestions for something this small? I was going to make homemade hot chocolate and homemade truffles and wrap them up nicely.

    I am putting bite size homemade fudge/whisky fudge, brownies and shortbread into my spare jars. hth :)

  • Have been reading this thread for hours!!!!!!!!!!!:o
    I have copied and pasted various recipes/ideas which are now saved in My Christmas file. :D:D
    I gave my daughter an empty jar on NYE and asked her to put in comments/ thoughts/ exciting times as they occur throughout the year and we are going to read then on NYE to see what a positive year she has had.:j
    I was writing a list of challenges/ activities to put in a jar for this coming year and I'm going to add in some of the journal ideas and give her a pad/ pen. I will also give her a pritt stick so she can glue the journal questions in as she answers them.

    Lauren85....SHARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
