Is anyone having the same problem as me? Since they changed the website, every time I log on to look at my statement, pay a bill or transfer money etc - I keep getting put back to the start of the login process, it's really annoying having to keep putting my card in the Pinsentry and going through the process on average FIVE - SIX times to do a simple transaction? I am not double-clicking, running other programs etc, this has only just started happening since they changed the site.
